Since 2010,the additional value of 11-year-old Chinese production is very important.The qualit y level of products produced b y Chinese enterprises has been greatl y improved,but at the same time,it is also facing new challenges: the traditional method of taking qualified products as the goal and post-production inspection as the detection method can no longer meet the quality level requirements of current products.Adding statistical process control technology to production can make the production environment in a controlled state and process is in high level position,it can make the products with high quality and reliabilit y.Therefore,Q compan y needs to establish a quality control system that combines SPC technology and solder paste printing pr ocess according to the actual business requirements in the process of PCB manufacturing.The main research contents of this paper are as follows :(1)This paper examines the printing works and techniques in the SPC,describes the technical justification in the SPC of the product used in the printing works,and explains in detail the process of implementing SPC in the solder paste printing process,and gives its implementation of the business flow chart.(2)Through business requirement anal ysis of the existi ng problems in the solder paste printing process of Q Compan y,the corresponding functional requirement model is established according to the business requirements b y using UML use case diagram;The overall design of the system is provided,and the function al modules of the s ystem are described in detail with flow charts and activit y diagrams.The overall database structure of the s ystem is designed,and the details of database tables are given.(3)According to the system of the business needs of the s ystem was designed and implemented the main function module,mainl y contain the user permissions based information maintenance,maintenance,production line,control chart,process capabilit y evaluation model Gerber view,export qualit y report,bad t ype anal ysis,solder paste printing real-time monitoring,monitoring,earl y warning management,s ystem Settings,etc.,Finall y,through testing to examine the program’s perfection and availabilit y.In this paper,combined with the theoretical knowledge of SPC technology,the quality control of solder paste printing process is studied,and the design and implementation of solder paste printing quality control system based on SPC.Development using efficient C++ language,based on cross-platform QT framework platform,datab ase storage using SQL Server2016.The s ystem monitors and anal yzes the qualit y of product,so that qualit y inspectors can be improved in time,prevent the production of large-scale defective products,improve the production efficiency for the compan y,reduce the defective rate of solder paste printing,meet the production qualit y standards of customers,. |
