The universality of the use of metal-plastic heterogeneous materials depends on the strength of the connection at the interface.Metal surface treatment can effectively improve the interface strength of heterogeneous materials.This article draws on the shell-adductor muscle connection structure of shellfish organisms,uses solidworks drawing software to design the aluminum alloy matrix and its different surface structures,uses selective laser melting technology to prepare the aluminum alloy entity,and combines the hot pressing method to realize the connection of heterogeneous materials of aluminum alloy-polyetheretherketone.The compressive performance of the aluminum alloy surface structure,hot-pressing parameters,the tightness of the connection interface,and the bonding strength of connection interface of aluminum alloy-polyetheretherketone are studied,and the bonding mechanism and the fracture mechanism are discussed at the same time.In this paper,the surface microstructure of aluminum alloy with different support shapes(trapezoid,cylinder and circular truncated cone),adjacent support spacing(0.3mm and 0.5 mm)and arrangement mode(regular and irregular arrangement)are designed.The micro morphology observation shows that the forming quality of the support is good and the gap between adjacent supports is clear.The compressive strength of surface microstructure shows that the yield strength of trapezoidal support is the largest,which is 55 ? 68 MPa;The minimum yield strength of cylindrical structure is 38 ? 43 MPa.The molding quality of composite plate is the best when the hot pressing temperature is 460 ?,the pressure is 10 MPa and the holding time is 30 min.In addition to the small pores caused by polyetheretherketone shrinkage at individual positions,the interface joints of composite plates are closely bonded,and polyetheretherketone is completely filled.The connection interface between aluminum alloy and polyetheretherketone has both macro mechanical occlusal structure and micro mechanical inlay and bonding mechanism at the microscopic interface.The shear strength of composite plate with trapezoidal support surface structure is the highest,which is 64 ? 81 MPa;The structure of circular truncated cone takes the second place,which is 55 ? 69 MPa;The shear strength of composite plate with cylindrical structure is the lowest,which is 48 ? 65 MPa.Compared with the traditional metal surface treatment,the shear strength of metal and plastic composite plate is increased by nearly 300%.The section after shear failure shows that the fracture forms of the trapezoidal composite plate are the separation of the top surface of the support from polyetheretherketone,the internal fracture of polyetheretherketone and the fracture of individual supports;The fracture forms of cylindrical composite plate are the pulling out of polyetheretherketone in the gap of the support and the fracture of the bottom of the support;The fracture mode of the composite plate with structure of circular truncated cone is the separation of the top surface of the support and polyetheretherketone and the internal fracture of polyetheretherketone.
