Camellia oleifera,a unique oil tree species in China,has high oil content and rich nutritional value.In the whole process of tea oil acquisition and processing,the hulling of camellia oleifera fruit is directly related to the output quality and utilization rate of camellia oleifera oil,so it is of great significance to design a hulling machine with high hulling rate and low seed breakage rate for the whole camellia oleifera industry.In this paper,according to the physical characteristics of Camellia oleifera fruit,the structural design of the differential rubbing type Camellia oleifera fruit sheller was completed by using 3D design software,and the reliability of the sheller was verified by using workbench finite element analysis software,and the parameter optimization experiment of Camellia oleifera fruit sheller was carried out by using response surface analysis method.Firstly,the physical characteristics of Camellia oleifera fruit were studied.Measure the DBH,end diameter of Camellia oleifera fruit and the size distribution of Camellia oleifera seeds;Measure the water content of Camellia oleifera fruit,the packing density of crushed tea seeds and tea shells,and the friction coefficient of Camellia oleifera fruit shells against conveyor belts with different patterns.The mechanical properties of Camellia oleifera fruit were tested,and its elastic modulus,critical shell breaking force and shell breaking deformation rate were obtained.The critical tearing force of Camellia oleifera shell based on fracture mechanics theory was analyzed.Secondly,based on Solid Works,the structure design of the differential rubbing type camellia oleifera shelling machine is carried out.Complete the three-dimensional structure design of the differential rubbing type camellia oleifera shelling machine;The shelling interval and shelling principle are designed,and the structure and size of the key parts of the sheller are designed,according to which the selection of key power components is completed.Complete the range setting of basic working parameters in the shelling interval.Then,the shelling behavior model of the sheller is established and the reliability analysis of key components is carried out.By analyzing and calculating the fruit state in different positions of the shelling interval,it is confirmed that the shelling process and the shelling process can be carried out smoothly,which ensures the effectiveness of the shelling interval for all sizes of fruits.Based on ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software,the fatigue life of clearance adjusting threaded rod,a key shelling component,was analyzed,and its reliability during use was verified.Finally,the experimental study on the comprehensive performance of the differential rubbing type camellia oleifera huller was carried out.A three-factor and three-level orthogonal experiment was designed,with the shelling rate and seed crushing rate as the test indexes,and the patterns on the surface of the conveyor belt,the running direction of the upper and lower conveyor belts and the included angle between the upper and lower conveyor belts as the test factors.By using the Design-expert software,the significance level of the influence of the three test factors on the shelling rate and seed crushing rate was analyzed,and finally,the optimal test scheme solution of high shelling rate and low seed crushing rate was obtained,which provided a parameter reference for the shelling operation of the rubbing camellia oleifera husker with different speed.
