| In the normal production process of working face 110201 of Yindonggou mine,high concentration CO often appears in the upper corner,which brings difficulties to the prevention and control of CO and the determination of coal spontaneous combustion marker gas in the production process,and affects the orderly progress of mine safety production.Taking 110201 working face of Yindonggou mine as the research object,this paper studies the generation and distribution law of CO in the working face,so as to provide a scientific basis for the treatment of CO in the working face.Firstly,the specific situation of 110201 working face in Yindonggou mine is understood from data access and field investigation,and the mechanism of coal spontaneous combustion and the law of CO generation and distribution in the working face are understood and mastered.Secondly,through the adiabatic oxidation experiment of coal sample,the production law of CO,CO2 and hydrocarbon gas in the process of adiabatic oxidation of coal is obtained,and it is pointed out that the prediction of coal seam spontaneous combustion is the prediction of landmark gas critical temperature and coal accelerated oxidation;Through the borehole sampling test of the coal seam in the working face,it is concluded that there is no CO in the primary gas of the coal seam;Through the field test of buried beam tube and thermocouple wire in goaf,the change data of CO concentration,oxygen concentration and temperature in goaf are analyzed.It is concluded that CO distribution in goaf and CO in goaf are produced by residual coal under low temperature oxidation;Through the field test of the change of CO concentration in the working face and the change of CO concentration in the upper corner of the maintenance team and production team,the distribution law of CO in the working face is obtained,and it is pointed out that the CO concentration in the upper corner is significantly affected by the coal falling in the working face.Finally,combined with the experimental analysis and field observation results,it is concluded that the CO in the working face mainly comes from the low-temperature oxidation of residual coal,the coal seam does not contain primary Co,and the CO concentration in the goaf shows a trend of first rising and then falling.The CO concentration near the goaf is the highest,and there is almost no CO at the coal wall of the mining face;Along the tilt direction of the working face,CO is relatively concentrated near the upper corner.The research results provide a scientific reference for the prevention and control of CO in this coal seam,and have a certain guiding significance for underground safety production.Figure[60]table[12]reference[84]... |
