Coal mine underground support mainly adopts bolt support,but the bolt support technology is not very developed,there is still a lot of room for development.For example,low efficiency.Now design an anchor rig device,mainly used in coal mine underground support operation.The designed anchor rig mainly has four major mechanism devices:drilling rig walking device,drilling device,drilling rig support plate and installation anchor device.The working process of the anchor rig is that the roadheader first carries out the excavation and coal mining operation,and after the end of the excavation process,the installation of the anchor rod is carried out.After the anchor rig moves to the position that needs support,the anchor net is laid,the drilling device is drilled,and the anchor rod is installed.The whole supporting operation can be repeated continuously,which improves the efficiency of supporting operation.(1)An anchor drilling rig for coal mines is designed,the supporting plate of the drilling rig,the installation of the anchor device and the walking device of the anchor drilling rig are briefly introduced.(2)The structure of key components of bolt drilling rig is designed.Mainly includes drilling device,drilling rig support plate,drilling rig walking device and installation bolt device.(3)ANSYS simulation software is used to solve the natural frequency of the hydraulic cylinder of the bolt drill,and it is known that the deformation of the hydraulic cylinder of the bolt drill is the most serious at the 7th order.Then,under the condition of applying certain external load to the model,the static analysis of flange plate,bolt support base and gear support is carried out respectively,and the corresponding stress cloud diagram and strain cloud diagram are obtained.By analyzing the cloud image,it is concluded that the overall safety factor of the model is very large,which meets the design requirements.(4)The bolt drilling rig mainly includes drilling device,steering device and bolt installation device,which is simulated in ADAMS to obtain the curves of key parameters such as kinematics and dynamics of each component,and analyze the obtained curves.The simulation results show that the structural design of the bolt drilling tool device is reasonable,and the ANSYS analysis and dynamic simulation results are basically consistent with the theoretical design.It fully meets the design requirements and provides theoretical significance for the actual production and construction of anchor drilling rig.
