| Dairy is the largest category of bottled drinking food in the world.The annual global consumption reaches 450 billion liters,and the global CAGR(Compound Annual Growth Rate)will estimate 4%.The China market CAGR(Compound Annual Growth Rate)will nearly 8%,However,But advantage of packaging material PET resin is less than 5%.The main reason is that ordinary PET packaging materials can’t be satisfied with dairy at normal temperature,so it requires its packaging materials must have oxygen,light,moisture,fragrance,anti-odor barrier and other features.Based on the characteristics of dairy,this subject has carried out the following research and experiments on the packaging concept of PET multilayer barrier technology applied to dairy.Firstly,It’s mainly analyzes the background,scope and significance,summarizes the development status and development of dairy packaging in domestic and foreign,and further analyzes the development trend of PET multi-layer barrier technology and application status on dairy packaging.At the same time,the composition and characteristics of dairy and the mechanism of the influence of photo-contact reaction on dairy were elaborated.The measurement principle,form classification and equipment of the spectrophotometer of Beer-Lambert’s law.It also expounds the product characteristics of the existing packaging forms and the mainstream packaging forms on the market,and further analyzes the selection criteria of dairy packaging materials and the selection of experimental materials.Secondly,the paper analyzes the forming principle of single-layer and multi-layer packaging materials for dairy PET,and analyzes the key points of PET multi-layer packaging materials,which is convenient for improving the success rate in subsequent experiments.Finally,the experimental conditions,material preparation,experimental production equipment and experimental testing equipment are introduced,as well as the sampling methods of the experimental data are elaborated.Through the orthogonal test method,the sample experiment based on the transmission of light and the detailed data analysis report and the work of the subject were summarized. |
