As aluminum alloy materials have been widely used in domestic construction projects, the research on the residual stress distribution of domestic aluminum alloy components is vital for the design of component bearing capacity. In order to analyze the influence of temperature load and heat conduction on residual stress distribution in the forming process of aluminum alloy welded formed components,a finite element model for the welding process of 20 aluminum alloy welded formed components is established based on the premise of the basic theory of heat conduction. The model adopts the temperature displacement coupling method,The characteristics of temperature field and stress field of aluminum alloy welded box section during welding are analyzed. In this paper, the blind hole method is used to measure the residual stress by selecting some of the components analyzed by finite element method as the verification group; This paper describes the principle of blind hole measurement method, compares the measurement results with the finite element results, and summarizes the residual stress' distribution characteristics of domestic aluminum alloy welded components. In this paper,20 domestic 6061-T6 aluminum alloy welded components are modeled and analyzed based on the finite element software, the temperature field in the aluminum alloy welding process is analyzed, the change of the temperature field of the aluminum alloy component in the whole welding process is simulated, the change form of the component temperature field with the welding time in the welding process is obtained, and the stress field of the component after welding is obtained.According to the processing conditions,15 specimens with different section sizes are selected from the finite element analysis group as the verification group. The residual stress of the specimen is measured by the blind hole method, and further summarized and analyzed to obtain the distribution characteristics of the residual stress.By comparing the measured results with the finite element results,it is proved that it is feasible to calculate the cross-section residual stress of aluminum alloy welded components by finite element analysis.Through further comparative analysis, the stress change of aluminum alloy components in the process of TIG welding and forming and the formation process of residual stress in the process of temperature change are obtained. The causes of residual stress in welded components are analyzed, and the distribution model of residual stress is obtained through calculation. It is found that the thickness of plate is the main factor which affects the distribution of residual stress. Moreover, the distribution diagram of residual stress in 6061-T6 aluminum alloy welded box section is fitted.
