The iron tetraamino macrocyclic complex(Fe?-TAML)is an organometallic catalyst. The catalyst has good catalytic activity, low dosage and low toxicity.Fe?-TAML has applications in many fields such as organic synthesis and dye degradation,so it is widely concerned by people. The synthesis route of Fe?-TAML catalyst is long, resulting in low total synthesis yield, and it is difficult to achieve large-scale production and use.In order to reduce costs and increase yield, this thesis uses several common substances as raw materials to synthesize a series of diaminodiamido semi-ring and tetraamido semi-ring and polycyclic compounds.Diaminodiamide iron complexes A and B were synthesized by three or four steps. The total yields of a and B were 71.3%and 61.4%,respectively.The total yields of C and D with three or four aromatic rings were 38.5%and 49.1%,respectively.In the third chapter, the catalytic tests of complex A and B were carried out,and the partial tests of complex C and D were carried out. With a certain concentration of methylene blue, methyl orange and Rhodamine B dyes,it was found that the decolorization rate and COD removal rate of the three dyes could reach 81.53%-97.58%and 52.2%at 25?,H2O2 concentration of 33 mM,catalyst a concentration of 20-100 mg/L and pH=6-11.When the concentration of catalyst B is 200 mg/L,pH=8,the decolorization rate and COD removal rate of the three dyes can reach 48.33%-80.33%and 44.6%57.8%.Comparing with the catalytic effects of several catalysts, the effect of catalyst A is basically the same as the effect of the second generation Fe2?-TAML catalyst in catalyzing dye degradation. It can replace Fe?-TAML catalyst in the field of dye degradation to achieve the goal of high efficiency and low cost of the catalyst.
