The service life of rubber materials is closely related to the degree of aging.Therefore,in order to extend the service life of the material and reduce the waste rate of the material,it is necessary to add additives with anti-aging properties.Anti-aging agent 4020(6PPD),as a popular amine anti-aging agent,has the advantages of high performance and low cost,so it is popular in the market,but it also has the disadvantages of poor migration resistance and color staining.Generally,the easy migration of anti-aging agents in rubber products will result in poor material protection performance and more likely to be aged,thereby reducing the protection efficiency of anti-aging agents and increasing the cost of use.Therefore,this subject aims to increase the molecular weight of antioxidant 4020 and increase the number of active groups in the product molecule through synthesis,thereby improving the protective performance and migration resistance of antioxidant 4020.The specific research content and results of this topic are as follows:(Ⅰ)Independently designed three single-molecule substances containing two-molecule p-phenylenediamine symmetrical new anti-aging agents,and explored the synthesis methods and reaction conditions.The structure of the product was characterized by a variety of test methods,and the successful synthesis of the target product was verified.(Ⅱ)By analyzing the differences in molecular weight and molecular structure of the three new antioxidants,the effect of the above two factors on the protective efficiency of the antioxidants is predicted and verified.(Ⅲ)Using various test methods such as mechanics and infrared spectroscopy to compare the data of the 5 groups of rubber properties,it is proved that the antioxidant SHYM4020 has excellent comprehensive protection properties of heat resistance,ozone resistance and migration resistance.The protection performance of 174020 of equal quality is similar to that of 4020,which indirectly proves the excellent protection effect of 174020.(Ⅳ)The color stain resistance of A4020 was verified through tests,and the structure and performance comparison of A4020 and SHYM4020 were compared,and the law of improving migration resistance through the method of structural design was summarized.
