Green environmental protection is a hot spot in the development of the chemical industry.In order to reduce the problem of organic solvent(VOC)emissions,the development of water-based emulsions is the current trend.Styrene-acrylic emulsion has the advantages of cheap raw materials,good gloss,low pollution,etc.,and has a wide range of applications.However,it is still challenging to obtain a styrene-acrylic emulsion with high solid content,low viscosity,core-shell structure,and small particle size.It contains fragrance,The demand for high temperature resistant and antistatic functional styrene-acrylic emulsion is increasing,but the formulation and process control are not mature enough.This article conducts the following research on appeal needs:(1)Using MMA,BA,and St as the main monomers,a styreneacrylic emulsion was synthesized,and various factors were investigated to systematically explore the viscosity,particle size and the performance of the ink after the emulsion was compounded.The styrene-acrylic emulsion with nanoparticle size and core-shell structure is used as a binder for water-based inks..(2)Flavor was added in the polymerization,investigating the effects of initiator and polymerization temperature on fragrance covering.When V044 was selected as the initiator,the slow release effect of flavor coating was best when polymerization at low temperature,and the thermal stability of flavor emulsion was high.(3)Through the ink performance test,the formulation of the styreneacrylic emulsion was improved,and the functional monomers EHA and MAA were added to enhance the adhesion of the ink to the substrate.At the same time,the dryness of the ink was improved by the addition of silicone and the choice of pH regulator,The addition of Alcohol resistant agent improves the alcohol resistance of the ink.A 50 L scale-up experiment was performed on the waterbased binder to test the ink performance to be qualified.(4)The antistatic agent emulsion was synthesized with MAA,BA,St,and NASS as the main monomers,exploring the effect of NASS monomers to prevent electrostatic emulsion performance,and the subsequent blending performance in PP was explored.When NaSS was selected as 30%of the monomer content,the emulsion performance was the best and the subsequent antistatic The additive amount of 5%can form a continuous phase with PP,and the antistatic effect is the best.The subsequent industrialized continuous production is carried out for performance testing,the emulsion formula and conditions are optimized,and the instability of the antistatic styrene-acrylic emulsion amplification experiment is solved.Problems and pipeline corrosion problems by acid emulsion.
