As one of the effective techniques to improve the ROP,the method of mechanical rock breaking assisted by high-pressure jet generated by downhole supercharging device is used in the downhole supercharging technology.At present,two ways of supercharging can be used in the downhole supercharging technology: hydraulic energy of drilling fluid and vibration energy of drill string.Through the installation of the downhole pressure unit on the top of the drill bit,ultra-high pressure jet is through the drill string in the part of the cycle are formed by drilling fluid pressurization in direct hit bottom and broken rock under ultra-high pressure water jet pressure,ultra-high pressure jet assisted drilling mechanical broken rock with conventional jet cleaning effect,can reach the purpose of increase rate of penetration.Based on this,the existing technology research,on the basis of reference of the existing charging scheme,the proposed screw motor as power source,adopts piston pressurization method,we design a new downhole jet supercharger overall scheme,mainly including the structure design of power drive mechanism,the structural design of power transformation institutions and the design of pressurization mechanism.The overall assembly drawing of the downhole jet supercharger was completed,and the structure model of the downhole jet supercharger mechanism was established with the help of Solid Works three-dimensional modeling software,and the assembly positioning of the three-dimensional geometric model was completed.The strength analysis of the driving mechanism(such as screw rotor,universal shaft,etc.)was carried out with the help of ANSYS finite element software and strength theory knowledge.Spiral closed slot of transformation mechanism of linear analysis,the optimal route selection of spiral closed slot,complete the spiral closed slot of power conversion mechanism of the strength of the movable teeth transmission analysis,ANSYS software analysis screw closed slot of movable teeth transmission mechanism in the highest intensity distribution under the condition of steel ball,verify the rationality of the design.According to the actual working conditions,a simplified three-dimensional geometric model of the downhole jet supercharger was established with the help of ADAMS software,and the dynamic simulation of the power conversion mechanism of the downhole supercharger was carried out by importing the ADAMS software.The parameters of the power input end of the power conversion mechanism,such as speed and torque,and the continuity of the power conversion mechanism were calculated.With the help of "ANSYS Workbench" software,the pressurization mechanism was simulated to analyze the influence of different nozzle diameters and different contraction angles on jet velocity.According to the simulation results,the reasonable values of nozzle diameter and jet velocity were determined.After detailed design of downhole jet supercharger and modeling analysis,and dynamic simulation was carried out on the main mechanism,verify the feasibility of scheme,the design of the downhole jet supercharger research work done,is bound to improve drilling speed for the future study provide very important guiding significance,and for the design of the down-hole supercharger research improve the new train of thought.
