Liquid-liquid interface provides a potential platform for the assembly of functional materials such as nanoparticle,polyelectrolytes and the construction of functional assemblies.Useing collaborative assemble of functional materials and polymer ligand for the stable preparation of the interface assembly provides a simple and feasible method.through the assembly at the interface of them,the assembly can be generated in situ at the interfaces,makeing the system interfacial energy effectively reduced.And by adjusting the related parameters,the assemble behavior at the interface can be controlled.Assembly show special properties when they form,assemble and jamming at the interface and the preparation of functional materials can be achieved contributing to a broad application prospect in energy,biology or catalysis.In this paper,two functional materials of hyperbranched silica nanoparticles,hyaluronic acid polyelectrolyte,were used to study their selfassembly behavior at water-oil interface,preparation of Pickering emulsion and tructured liquid.Hyperbranched Silica(HBS)nanoparticles are a kind of stellate nanomaterials with branched-structure.The electronegative groups carried on the surface make them have excellent hydrophilic properties and can be well dispersed in aqueous solution.HBS can assemble at the water/toluene interface with terminally aminated oil-soluble polysesquisiloxane(POSS-NH2)to form HBS-Surfactants(HBSSs).By changing the pH value of the water phase,the HBS concentration,the POSS-NH2 concentration and the salt concentration,the assembly of HBSSs at the interface can be effectively controlled.Using a new type of HBS-surfactant,a stable Pickering emulsion was further constructed.The effects of pH,the concentration of HBS and POSS-NH2 on the emulsion were studied.The constructed emulsion system showed a good application prospect in drug loading and release,chemical microreactor and other fields.Hyaluronic acid(HA),is a natural biological polyelectrolyte material that self-assembles with POSS-NH2 at the water/toluene interface to form novel HASurfactants(HASs).By controlling the concentration of HA,the concentration of POSS-NH2 and other conditions of the system,the assembly behavior at the interface was studied.On this basis,the Plateau-Rayleigh(P-R)instability of the fluid was further suppressed and then structured liquid was constructed,and the all-liquid molding and the All-liquid 3D printing were realized.The structured liquid constructed provide new ideas for electrochemical energy storage,drug load transport and release,catalysis and chemical separation,flow chemical reactor,biological tissue engineering and many other platforms.
