| The theory of tribology of elastomer composites is complicated and has always been a key topic in tribological applications.So as to solve the problem of elastomer material slipping on glass surface,in this paper,an indepth study of the friction mechanism of elastomer materials was carried out to guide the design and manufacture of elastomer materials with high friction coefficient.In this study,silicone rubber was used as the research object,and the friction and abrasion performance and mechanism of silicone rubber composite material were studied by external test conditions(speed,load,test medium)and material properties(hardness,loss factor,modulus,cross-linking density),mainly including the following parts:(1)The effects of friction speed,load,and test medium conditions on the friction properties of silicone rubber composites are studied,and the mechanism of rubber friction under different test conditions is analyzed and discussed.The result show that the friction coefficient reaches its maximum value at 0.005 m/s;the friction coefficient of normal load reaches its maximum value at 2 N;the friction coefficient under dry and clean conditions is higher than that under water-lubricated and dust-stained conditions.(2)The effects of different types and amounts of white carbon black on friction and abrasion properties and mechanisms have been studied.The effects of hardness,shear modulus,and loss factor on the friction coefficient of silicone rubber composites on the glass surface are studied,and the friction mechanism is analyzed in depth.The results show that the dry friction coefficient of silicone rubber composites is inversely proportional to its hardness and shear modulus,and is proportional to the loss factor,and decreases as the amount of silica increases;the wet friction coefficient is proportional to the loss factor,and varies with silica The amount increases with the increase;there is a good correlation between DIN abrasion and tensile strength,and it is inversely proportional to it.With the gradual increase in the amount of silica,it first decreases and then increases,and there is a minimum value.(3)The effects of different amounts of hydroxy silicone oil on the friction and abrasion properties and mechanisms of silicone rubber composites were studied;the effects of hardness,modulus,and loss factor on the friction coefficient were studied.The results show that the amount of hydroxy silicone oil with the best friction performance is 7.5 phr;when the amount of hydroxy silicone oil is higher than 7.5 phr,the loss factor under dry friction coefficient and large strain becomes linear and positive,which is different from the influence law of filler;wet friction coefficient It is proportional to the loss factor.The effects of cross-linking density and hydroxy silicone oil volume fraction on friction and abrasion performance were studied.The results showed that the dry friction coefficient first increased and then decreased with the increase of crosslinking density and the volume fraction of hydroxy silicone oil;the wet friction coefficient increased with the cross-linking density.The link density increases and decreases,and increases with the increase of the volume proportion;as the crosslink density and the volume proportion of the hydroxy silicone oil increase,the DIN abrasion first decreases and then increases.(4)Through the uniform design of the experimental method,silica,hydroxyl silicone oil,DBPMH were designed,and the experimental results were discussed and analyzed to determine the optimal formula.The optimal formula is silica 35 phr,DBPMH 0.5 phr and hydroxy silicone oil 10 phr;The most significant factor is silica.Linear regression model can be used to guide the material formulation... |
