Currently,long-distance pipelines are widely used in the field of oil and gas transportation in China,showing certain advantages in terms of safety,economy and environmental protection,providing the necessary energy to different regions.According to the data,by the end of 2020,the total mileage of long-distance pipelines in China will reach 1.69×105km.However,there are still more difficulties in the process of pipeline laying,especially when passing through complex geological conditions,which can easily lead to the problem of accidental suspension of the pipeline.In addition,the influence of earthquake and other factors has a negative impact on the operation of the pipeline.Therefore,the seismic response characteristics of suspended pipelines need to be studied to provide a basis for the actual design and maintenance of buried pipelines.In this paper,a comprehensive study was conducted for the above problems by combining experiments and finite element methods,etc.The specific research contents and results are shown below.(1)The research results of suspended buried pipelines at home and abroad are expounded and summarized from three aspects: theoretical research,numerical simulation and experimental research.(2)Based on the theory of buried pipeline model and spring boundary theory,the model of suspended buried pipeline is simplified,and the simplified model is analyzed by traveling wave theory,and a simplified algorithm of suspended buried pipeline is put forward.(3)A kind of experimental device for studying the seismic response of suspended buried pipelines is designed and made.the strain of 10 pipelines is analyzed under four acceleration conditions.the effects of suspended length,buried depth,pipe diameter and wall thickness on the seismic response of suspended buried pipelines are studied.(4)ABAQUS was used to establish a finite element model of the suspended buried pipeline under seismic action,to determine the model parameters of the pipeline and soil,to define the pipe-soil interaction,constraints and seismic displacement amplitude loading,etc.,to analyze the effects of different parameters such as suspension length and depth of burial on the seismic response of the suspended buried pipeline,and to compare the finite element calculation and analysis results with the experimental measurement results,so as to verify that the proposed suspended The results are compared with the experimental measurements to verify the reasonableness of the model.
