With the development of industry,the quality requirement of cold continuous rolling strip is higher and higher.The safe and efficient operation of rolling system depends on the coordinated control of rolling speed.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate appropriate coordinated control strategy.The rolling speed setting of cold continuous rolling is analyzed.According to the thickness of incoming material and finished product,the rolling load distribution is optimized by the improved artificial fish swarm algorithm,and the rolling specifications are obtained.The maximum difference between the optimized rolling specification and the typical rolling specification is 5.92%,which verifies the feasibility of the algorithm.Aiming at the problem of dynamic speed drop of flying gauge change in cold continuous rolling,a virtual spindle cross coupling coordinated control strategy is proposed,and a fuzzy controller is designed.This coordinated control strategy combines the advantages of good tracking performance of virtual spindle synchronous control and strong anti-interference ability of cross coupling synchronous control,and effectively avoids the dynamic speed drop of flying gauge change.The simulation results show that in steady rolling,the dynamic speed drop caused by disturbance is 54% of that without coordinated control,and dynamic speed drop of all upstream stands will occur,which further reduces the degree of steel stacking between the stands with disturbance.Aiming at the problem of dynamic speed drop of multiple stands in virtual spindle cross coupling coordinated control strategy,a parallel cross coupling coordinated control strategy is proposed.Compared with the virtual spindle cross coupling coordinated control strategy,the dynamic speed drop of the nonadjacent upstream stands is not generated when the steady-state rolling is disturbed,and the dynamic speed drop of the frame where the disturbance is located is only 22% of that without coordinated control.Figure 33;Table 10;Reference 56...
