CNC machine tools are the core equipment of the equipment manufacturing industry,and its technology development has a significant impact on intelligent manufacturing.China's machine tool technology research and development started late,and there is still a big gap with developed countries.Researching the technology evolution in the field of CNC machine tools is of great significance for the country to formulate strategic development plans and seize technological opportunities.Traditional research on technology evolution is mostly geared towards data mining of scientific and technological literature data,but these methods rely on citation information or are limited to keyword analysis,which leads to insufficient data mining depth;secondly,the analysis perspective of existing research is relatively single,and it is difficult to accurately summarize the overall technology situation.In view of the shortcomings of existing research,this paper proposes an improved topic modeling method based on vectorization of multi-source text data(DKT,Doc2Vec-KMeans++-Top Mine),which supports multi-source text data fusion analysis and high-quality phrase representation technology topic.The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,on the basis of the traditional technology evolution data source,the market analysis dimension is increased,the product data of CNC machine tools are collected and cleaned,and the important product information of CNC machine tools is excavated by using phrase mining and named entity recognition methods.Secondly,proposed a multi-source text information fusion topic modeling framework for the analysis of technology evolution path in the field of CNC machine tools,comprehensively adopted document vectorization,clustering algorithms and phrase mining algorithms to complete the topic mining of multi-source data in the field of CNC machine tools.Thirdly,from the three-dimensional perspective of cutting-edge research,technology research and development,and market application,the multi-source data in the field of CNC machine tools was used to analyze the time sequence of fusion topic modeling,and the "theme river graph" visualization method was used to draw the multi-dimensional technology evolution path,and achieved the technology evolution analysis results in the field of CNC machine tools.The method in this paper solves the problem of insufficient data mining depth in traditional research and alleviates the problem of information lack caused by single-dimensional data mining.The method in this paper has successfully identified the multi-dimensional evolution path in the field of CNC machine tools,and discovered three technological evolution modes in the field of CNC machine tools,which verified the effectiveness of the method in this paper.The method in this paper has good scalability for text-type data,and can be extended to more data dimensions or used in technology evolution analysis in other fields.
