Digital twin is a key means to realize the intellectualization of CNC machine tools.The realization of digital twin requires the establishment of complete and high-frequency big data of CNC machine tools.The existing machine tool data storage system uses a single data management system,which has been unable to meet the requirements of CNC machine tool big data.In the storage process,the correlation behind the data is ignored,and the ecological docking with big data processing technology is not supported.In this paper,a variety of data management systems are introduced to jointly carry the big data of CNC machine tools,save the correlation of combined data,and improve the data storage process,to improve the usevalue of the big data of CNC machine tools.In this paper,a variety of data management systems are used to store big data of CNC machine tools in the following research:Firstly,the composition and characteristics of machine tool big data were analyzed.Data was collected based on NC-Link protocol,and a multi-source data storage scheme for NC machine tool big data was proposed.The data were classified and stored in a variety of data management systems.In this paper,a numerical control machine tool topology structure and data time series feature fusion storage model is designed.Second,to carry many sets of machine tool data,reduce memory,solve the problem of long-term storage of small file data,we design a secondary storage architecture based on time series database,using distributed management middleware group multiple time series databases as the cache,are indexed and reorganized according to the characteristics of time series.Then moved the organized data automatically to distributed file system.It is easy to connect with the ecological embodiment of big data processing technology.Finally,real-time operation data is stateless in the time dimension.The traditional semantic model is not suitable for machine tool big data query The big data in the instruction domain is a combination of multiple real-time operation data,which is the key object to be solved by the query.For the big data in the instruction domain,the metadata technology is used to carry out semantic modeling with the state of CNC machine tools as the dimension,and to carry out unified modeling management for combined data of big data in instruction domain.It has been verified in Ezhou Gaoke Machine Tool Factory.Experimental results show that the optimized storage system strengthens the integrity of machine tool big data storage,supports the preservation of association relations of combined data,realizes the high concurrent writing of big data of CNC machine tools in milliseconds,extending write speed and read speed of data.And it improves the semantic expression ability of big data in the instruction domain.
