High-viscosity fluids are widely used in chemical,food,machinery,petroleum,aerospace and other fields.High-viscosity fluids have poor flow characteristics due to their higher viscosity,greater flow resistance and kinetic energy consumption during transportation.Therefore,reducing the flow resistance of high-viscosity fluids and enhancing their flow characteristics have important engineering application values.This paper takes the flow characteristics of high-viscosity fluid under extrusion excitation as the research object,and deeply studies the influence of the structural parameters and process parameters of the extrusion system on the flow characteristics of the high-viscosity fluid.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the overall design scheme of the high-viscosity fluid discharge system under the excitation of extrusion is proposed.Corn syrup was selected as a substitute for highviscosity energetic syrup,and the viscosity of corn syrup was measured.The main technical indicators and requirements of the high-viscosity fluid discharge system are analyzed,and the overall design scheme of the high-viscosity fluid discharge system under the excitation of extrusion is proposed and a numerical model is established.Secondly,the simulation studies the 5 structural parameters and 3 process parameters of the discharging system under the constant discharging speed of the high-viscosity fluid and the law of the pressure field and velocity field of the fluid.The analysis determined the focus of the study of fluid flow characteristics,the pressing speed of the pressing plate,and5 structural parameters and 3 process parameters related to the flow characteristics.Using the controlled variable method,simulations were made to simulate the discharge port diameter,axial opening,discharge pipe diameter,discharge pipe diameter,and discharge pipe closing angle of the mixing vessel in the discharge system under the constant extrusion speed of the pressing plate.And the relationship between the height of the platen,the viscosity of the material,the extrusion speed and the pressure field and velocity field of the fluid.Finally,an experimental platform for the extrusion discharging system was built,and the verification experiment was carried out and applied to engineering practice.The extruding discharge system experimental platform was designed in detail,and many experiments were carried out on the extrusion speed and the height of the platen according to the extrusion casting process.The results showed that the numerical simulation and the experimental results were basically consistent.The experimental platform of the extrusion discharging system was enlarged and engineered.The operation results of the engineered extrusion discharging system showed that the system reached the specified technical indicators and requirements.
