| Traditional liquid polymer electrolytes are generally flammable and easy to leak,which poses a serious safety hazard.Compared with liquid polymer electrolytes,solid polymer electrolytes have good safety,and have good flexibility and wider application scenarios.Among the solid polymer electrolyte materials,the single ion conductor can avoid concentration polarization in the solid electrolyte due to the immobilization of the anion,and has high safety and reliability,but it faces the problem of too low electrical conductivity.Previous studies have shown that the ionic conductivity can be improved effectively by combining metal-organic frame material(MOF)with diionic polymer in common diionic polymer electrolytes.In this paper,the composite of mono-ion conductor material and metal-organic frame material(MOF)was used to improve the conductivity of conductive films.Two kinds of polyurea polyurethane type single ion conductors were prepared by one-step method.Infrared spectroscopy and 1H NMR confirmed that the two single ion conductors were successfully synthesized.The film was cast by solution casting method,and the ionic conductivities of two kinds of single ion conductors were calculated by impedance test.The ionic conductivities were 1.06×10-7 S/cm and 7.22×10-8 S/cm at room temperature 30℃,and increased with the increase of temperature,and were 2.27×10-6 S/cm and 1.90×10-6 S/cm at 80℃,respectively Through thermogravimetric analysis,it is proved that the two kinds of single ion conductors have good stability under 294℃and 267℃.Using a simple hydrothermal method,with zirconium chloride(Zr Cl4)and2-aminoterephthalic acid(NH2-BDC)as the main chemicals,the MOF material UIO-66-NH2 was prepared.The effects of adding acetic acid as preparation and not adding acetic acid as preparation on the synthesis were also compared.SEM results show that the particle size of UIO-66-NH2 is about 200 nm.The effects of different temperature and time on the synthesis of UIO-66-NH2 were studied.Thermogravimetric analysis shows that UIO-66-NH2 has good thermal stability below 328℃.The UIO-66-NH2 was compounded with the single ion conductor by solution casting method,and the quality of the membrane was better without obvious defects.The ionic conductivity was calculated by impedance test,and it was found that with the increase of UIO-66-NH2 doping amount,The ionic conductance of the composite electrolyte film increases firstly and then decreases gradually,and the maximum value reached 2.95×10-7 S/cm when the doping amount was 5%,which was three times that of undoped single ion conductor.In order to study the action mechanism of UIO-66-NH2 to improve the ionic conductivity of single-ion conductors,three aspects of influencing coordination relationship,crystallinity and providing additional ion transmission channels were explored.The tensile test results show that the strength of the composite electrolyte increases with the increase of the doping amount of UIO-66-NH2 at a low doping amount.However,when the doping amount of UIO-66-NH2 reaches a certain value,the strength of the composite electrolyte decreases with the increase of the doping amount.When the mass fraction of UIO-66-NH2 reaches a certain value,the strength reaches a maximum of 43.8 MPa. |
