Random copolymer polypropylene(PPR)is one of the most widely used plastics in pipe.However,compared with other plastics,PPR has poor impact resistance at low temperature and poor creep property at high temperature,which limits its application scope.Therefore,this paper intends to improve the properties of PPR materials by generating PPR with higher content of β-crystal,so that the properties of PPR materials can meet the requirements of the relevant fields.In this paper,a series of 6-(phenylcarbamyl)-3-cyclohexenoic acid,6,6 ’-((1,3phenylcarbamyl)bis-3-cyclohexenoic acid and bisamic acid products were synthesized by the reaction of 1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride with aniline and diphenylamine as raw materials,which were reacted with metal salts to prepare amides.Although isotactic polypropylene(iPP)has better comprehensive properties,it still has some disadvantages,such as low impact strength;Although the performance of atactic copolypropylene(PPR)has a great improvement,it is difficult to improve further due to its low crystallinity.We hope that the amic acid prepared can be used as nucleating agent to increase the β-crystal content of IPP and PPR in order to improve the properties of the materials.Therefore,we investigated its nucleation properties in IPP and PPR,and found that when adding 0.3%of 6,6’-((1,4-phenylcarbamoylbis-3-cyclohexenoic acid)calcium,IPP with β-crystal content reached 65.76%,and crystallization temperature and crystallization rate were significantly increased.It is a good nucleating agent of IPP P.However,in PPR,the nucleating agent showed no obvious nucleation ability of β-crystal.Considering the compatibility of nucleating agent with PPR,we loaded it on IPP and investigated its nucleation performance.The results show that:The nucleation performance of T30S supported nucleating agent is significantly better than that of Z30S supported nucleating agent,and the optimal condition is that adding 0.2%T30S supported 6,6 ’-((1,4-phenylcarbamyl)bis-3-cyclohexene formic acid)zinc can generate R200P(PPR)β-crystal content of 53.89%,Under the same conditions of Z30s load nucleating agent only generated β-crystal content of 49.77%of R200P,but Z30s as a carrier,the nucleating agent performance is more stable,will not change dramatically with the change of usage,T30s as a carrier,the nucleation performance will change significantly with the change of usage;Regardless of the carrier,the nucleating agent always shows better performance in C4220(PPR).The optimal condition is to add 0.3%T30s supported 6,6’-((1,4-phenylcarbamyl)bis-3-cyclohexenoic acid)calcium.At this time,C4220 with β-crystal content of 57.83%can be generated.Only R200P with β-crystal content of 53.56%was generated,indicating that the supported nucleating agent is a kind of effective PPR nucleating agent,and has certain universality. |
