As experience economy grows,it has become an important strategy for enterprises to enhance product market competitiveness by emphasizing the emotional experience brought by product styling while satisfying function demands in product development.Coal rigs are special equipment used for coal mining exploration and coal collection,whose good appearance styling can not only help to convey the functional characteristics of the product accurately,but also reflect users' perceptual needs and shape the brand image of the product so as to further strengthen the enterprise competitive advantage.In order to improve the aesthetics of coal rig design and the accuracy of image transmission,a method of image styling design and evaluation for trackless rubber wheel transportation coal mines was proposed based on related theoretical research.The specific contents are as follows:(1)In user demand research section,the observation,questionnaire survey and product information database data collection methods were employed to obtain a large number of original user needs.Combined with the principal component analysis,the initial user needs were simplified to acquire and classify the dominating user needs.(2)In styling module division section,the Function-Behavior-Structure(FBS)model was expanded,and the basic functions of existing products and the mapping of "Demand-Function" were introduced.The FBS model of coal rig on the basis of user needs was established and utilized to analyze the correlation among the three levels of function,behavior and structure of the underlying sub-functions of the model in combination with the correlation concept so as to construct the correlation matrix.Finally,the matrix data was clustered by means of clustering analysis in order to obtain the division scheme of the function module and the modeling module of the coal drilling rig.(3)In correlation analysis of styling design elements and perceptual images section,coal drilling rig samples and their perceptual image vocabulary pairs were collected.The representative coal drilling rig samples and representative perceptual image vocabulary pairs were obtained through multivariate scale analysis and principal component analysis.By analyzing the main styling modules of the coal drilling rig according to the importance ranking,the design elements of the main modeling modules of the styling samples weredepicted through lines.Finally,based on the quantitative type I theory,the correlation analysis between the coal drilling rig styling design elements and perceptual images was carried out to gain the coal drilling rig image design elements.(4)In image styling design and evaluation section,according to the combination scheme of design elements corresponding to the target image,the overall styling of coal drilling rig was involved and three styling design schemes were designed.Then,the final scheme was determined by evaluating and sorting the three schemes through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the principle of maximum membership degree.Finally,the optimized scheme was refined and displayed by rendering.
