| Medical polyurethane is widely used in various fields.It is also widely used in the production of hollow fiber dialyzer.Due to the lack of reliable theory and research methods,the research on the injection parameters of polyurethane glue is not deep enough,which leads to the product cost and unqualified rate of the process of glue injection too high.Therefore,it is necessary to explore a new research method to improve the qualified rate of glue injection,to reduce the production cost of enterprises and the medical burden of patients.In this paper,the various parameters affecting the qualified rate of glue injection are taken as the research object.Two different test methods are used to explore the influence of relevant parameters on the quality of glue injection,to determine the order of parameters,to get the best injection parameters.First of all,by analyzing the requirements,the calculation goal is defined.Abstract the flow state of the adhesive,build physical model and calculation model,and the three-dimensional model of fluid channel is established.The fluid domain of the fluid channel model is extracted and meshed.On this basis,the boundary conditions of the simulation are set,the appropriate solver and algorithm are selected,the flow field is initialized and other related settings are set.Then,the flow simulation is carried out for different conditions,and the simulation results are analyzed.By comparing the velocity distribution diagram of flow field,pressure distribution diagram and liquid volume fraction cloud diagram,the influence weight of relevant parameters on the qualified rate of injection is determined,which provided a basis for determining the influencing factors of orthogonal test.Then,the orthogonal experimental design method is used to study the relationship between the parameters that affect the qualified rate of polyurethane injection.Around the goal of finding the best parameters of polyurethane adhesive,the appropriate orthogonal table is selected to carry out the test scheme design.The relevant tests are carried out according to the scheme and the results are summarized.Through range analysis and other methods,the influence order of the parameters and the best parameters group of polyurethane adhesive are finally obtained all right.Finally,the best combination of injection parameters is used for continuous production,and the qualification rate of injection is counted and analysed to confirm the stability and verify the correctness of the best combination of parameters obtained by fluid simulation and orthogonal experiment. |
