Chemical corrosion and physical wear are important factors that shorten the service life of various equipment and facilities.In particular,both of which occur simultaneously and promote each other,exacerbating material damage and aging.At present,it is difficult for conventional protective materials to achieve the "integrated" protection of corrosion and wear.Aiming to solve this problem,the thesis uses organic/inorganic hybrid technology to synergize the high wear resistance characteristics of ceramic materials and the heavy anti-corrosion characteristics of epoxy materials to prepare new types of epoxy-ceramic hybrid protective coatings,and examined the coating properties such as hardness,wear resistance,adhesion and corrosion resistance.The main results are as follows:(1)Using epoxy resin and polysulfide rubber as matrix resin and ceramic particles such as silicon carbide and alumina as fillers,polysulfide epoxy-ceramic hybrid coatings were prepared.The hardness and wear resistance test results show that the hardness of the coating can reach 8H,and the abrasion value can be as low as 7 mg,indicating it has excellent physical wear resistance.After toughening by the polysulfide rubber,the flexibility of coating can reach5 mm and the abrasion value is 8 mg,indicating polysulfide epoxy-ceramic hybrid coatings have both flexibility and wear resistance;Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy(EIS)test results show that polysulfide epoxy-ceramic coatings have excellent chemical resistance.Moreover,polysulfide rubber can endow high performance to the epoxy-ceramic coating.The drawing test results show that the adhesion of the coating on the surface of the rusted steel plate can reach 2.1 MPa,indicating it has the characteristics of low surface treatment.The EIS test results of the coating after ultraviolet light aging show that the generation rate of coating?s pores under ultraviolet light slows down,indicating the light aging resistance of the coating is improved.(2)By means of the sol-gel method,the epoxy-oligosiloxane clusters have been designed and prepared.Combining with the terminal amino group-containing polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)and polyetheramine D400 curing agent,the organic-inorganic hybrid epoxy ceramic coating has been prepared.The nanoindenter test shows that the surface hardness of the coating is 96 MPa,and the elastic modulus is 0.64 GPa;The coating can be scratched 150 times by steel wool under a load of 200 g,indicating it has good wear resistance;In addition,the light transmittance test shows that the light transmittance of the coating can reach 90%.In particular,when the amino-terminated PDMS curing agent was added,the water contact angle of the coating is ?102°,and it exhibits excellent oil stain resistance.
