| Art coating is a kind of interior wall decoration coating which achieves specific decoration effect through different tools and processes.It can make the modern living environment more colorful and personalized,and can meet people's preferences and taste needs in a deep level.At the same time,with the gradual emergence of the national policy to promote the hardbound housing market,more real estate enterprises are also pursuing personalization and differentiation,which makes art coatings have greater development potential.There are some disadvantages in present art coatings including low hardness,poor scratch resistance,poor stain resistant and complex construction process.Herein,this paper develops a high environmental friendship,high performance,extremely convenient art coating and its supporting application to solve the above disadvantages.The main contents are as follows:(1)By studying the effect of different flavored polymer emulsion and different PVC on scrubbing resistance,stain resistant and water resistance of art coating,a EC0 7090 latex with high performance price ratio is selected as the film forming material of the art coating.According to the characteristics of volatilization curve of film-forming cosolvent,nylon ester mixture was selected.The effects of different categories of functional fillers on the mottling feeling,hand feeling and scratch resistance were studied,and the cooperation of 5019(70%)and C180(30%)was selected to achieve the performance goal at the same time.The effects of different kinds of hydrophobic agents on the hydrophobicity and water resistance of the product were studied,and 6840 was selected as hydrophobic agent;the effects of different types of rheological additives on the storage stability and construction performance in the tank were studied,and the synergistic effect of 250 HBR + ATT-50 + TT935 + RM-8w combination was confirmed to meet the expected requirements.The technical problems of low hardness and scratch resistance of the film were solved by using the synergistic technology of film-forming material and functional filler,and the technical problems of stain resistance of the film were solved by optimizing the design of PVC formulation and the synergistic technology of hydrophobic agent;(2)By studying and optimizing the matching scheme of putty and primer.By testing different painting tools,the carpet racket is selected as the painting tool;the influence of different brushing tools and different bottom color matching is studied,and the single row brush is selected as the brush painting tool;the influence of different batch painting tools and different bottom color matching on the effect is tested,and the European batch knife is selected as the batch painting tool.Through the bottom matching scheme of similar color and adjacent color,the product has the characteristics of extremely simple construction and excellent effect.The complex technical problems of art coating construction were solved by using the optimized formula,construction tools and technology;(3)The products developed in this paper can meet the most stringent national standards for indoor decoration materials JG/T 481-2015 low volatile organic compounds(VOC)water-based interior wall coating materials standards;in terms of film performance,they meet T/SD TL 02-2020 the standard of the group of thin coating art coatings for building,the film displays high hardness,scratch resistance and water-resistant stain resistance,which can meet the household needs of most consumers;the products are easy to construct,and have no technical requirements for construction,and the construction period is short and the cost is low,which is very conducive to the reproduction and promotion of the market,and has a broad market development prospect. |
