Functional coatings are essential for the long-term protection of offshore equipment and concrete facilities, and have multiple functions such as anti-corrosion,anti-fouling,anti-bacterial,fireproof,and self-cleaning.With the improvement of people's awareness of environmental protection, functional coatings are developing in the direction of economy, green and environmental protection.Natural lacquer-based functional coatings and geopolymer-based inorganic functional coatings have excellent durability, solvent resistance, corrosion resistance, antibacterial properties and environmental friendliness,so they have broad application prospects. However, natural lacquer requires harsh curing conditions and has limited fouling resistance, while geopolymer has poor toughness, which limits their application in the field of marine engineering equipment and concrete protection. In this paper, polysiloxane modification is the main line, and two types of high-performance functional coatings are prepared through chemical modification of natural lacquer and geopolymer. We also explored the influence of polysiloxane on the mechanical properties and protective properties of the material. The main contents are as follows:(1)We report a rapid curing,self-stratifying amphiphilic hybrid lacquer coating with excellent antifouling and anticorrosive properties. The coating was prepared by using a natural lacquer coupled with hyperbranched polysiloxane terminated by multi-amine(HPSi)and silane-terminated amphiphilic telomer(S-FP)through a facile alcoholysis and sol–gel process. The introduction of HPSi greatly shortened the drying time and improved the mechanical properties of the natural lacquer coating. As HPSi content increased, the drying speed and surface hardness of the coating increased.Particularly, the incorporation of a non-leaching,self-enriched amphiphilic telomer into the hybrid lacquer conferred it an excellent antifouling performance but preserved its anticorrosive and mechanical properties. The flexibility and bacteria-resistant ability of the coating were significantly improved with S-FP content. The results of anti-bacterial adhesion test,anti-biofilm test and electrochemical test indicated that the modified raw lacquer coating can be used as an integrated antifouling and anticorrosive functional coating.(2)A long-chain polysiloxane containing reactive end groups(PDMS-IPTS)was prepared by the addition reaction of PDMS and KH907.We added it to the geopolymer, which participated in the polymerization reaction process of the geopolymer, and prepared a new protective coating that integrated functions such as anti-corrosion,anti-fouling,fire prevention, and self-cleaning.Nuclear magnetic silicon spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction tests indicated that PDMS-IPTS participated in the geopolymerization reaction. As the content of PDMS-IPTS increased, the impact resistance of the geopolymer coating was significantly improved, and its surface wettability changed from hydrophilic to hydrophobic. It also conferred the geopolymer coating excellent anti-graffiti and self-cleaning properties, but preserved the excellent antibacterial and fire-retardant properties of the geopolymer coating. The polarization curve test indicated that the anticorrosive performance of the geopolymer coating increased significantly with the increase of the content of PDMS-IPTS.
