| In the current coal mining process,more and more mechanical products are being applied to it.However,the paving of cement roadways in coal lane still adopts manual paving or semiautomation paving,paving operation speed is slow and paving quality is poor,which seriously affects the productivity of coal mine operations.This paper investigates the actual situation of coal lane and consults relevant data of slipform pavers,designs a set of hydraulic system suitable for coal lane slipform pavers and conducts simulations of actions under typical working conditions.(1)First,analyze the actual use requirements and operating environment of the special slipform paver for the coal lane,and determine the walking hydraulic system,screw feed hydraulic system,vibrating hydraulic system,tamping hydraulic system and auxiliary hydraulic system of the special slipform paver for coal lane.(2)Secondly,analyze the principle of each working device of the special slipform paver for the coal lane,combined with the requirements of the working environment and working conditions,design the hydraulic system of each part of the paver,and analyze the main components of the hydraulic system such as walking pump,walking motor,screw feed motor,screw pump,vibrating pump,tamping motor,tamping pump and hydraulic cylinders,etc.are calculated and selected.(3)Finally,the AMESim software is used to simulate and analyze the action of each part of the hydraulic system of the slipform paver.Among them,the walking hydraulic system of the special slipform paver for the coal lane is simulated under climbing conditions,and the corresponding characteristic curve is analyzed to prove that the designed walking system can meet the walking requirements of the special slipform paver for the coal lane;the screw feed hydraulic system is carried out simulation of screw feed conditions,through analysis of its rotation speed under different torques,the results show that the screw feed hydraulic system can maintain stable output speed and can meet the requirements of the working conditions;the independent speed of the vibrating hydraulic system can be controlling and adjusting simulation,by analyzing the relevant characteristic curve,it shows that the designed vibrating system can realize the adjustable speed to meet the working requirements;simulate the tamping working condition of the tamping hydraulic system,and analyze the flow change of the pump-controlled motor under the closed loop,To prove that the designed tamping system meets the working requirements;the leveling condition simulation of the column-leveling hydraulic system is carried out,and the relevant characteristic curves are analyzed.The results show that the designed hydraulic system can meet the design requirements.The above results show that the hydraulic system of the special slipform paver for the coal lane designed in this paper can ensure its stable operation,high reliability,and can meet the normal paving operations in the coal mine roadway.It also provides a certain idea for the subsequent system design of the same type of construction vehicles. |
