Green mine is a new and scientific comprehensive mine construction mode,which runs the concept of green development through the whole process of mineral resources development and utilization.It is the concrete embodiment of ecological civilization construction to promote the transformation and upgrading of mining enterprises and realize the healthy and sustainable development of mining industry by changing the traditional mine construction mode.China’s green mine construction is still in the pilot stage,the evaluation index system still needs to be further improved,and the evaluation method needs to be optimized according to the actual situation.In this paper,the construction of green mine of typical brine mine on the south bank of Laizhou Bay,a special mineral resource,is specially studied.The evaluation index system of green mine is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process,and the comprehensive evaluation and analysis research is carried out by establishing AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The following results are obtained:(1)In the full investigation and analysis of typical brine mining green mine construction,on the basis of actual situation,from the mining area environment,safety production,environmental protection and energy conservation and emissions reduction,development and utilization of resources,science and technology innovation and intelligent mine,enterprise management,a total of six aspects,optimization of 25 quantitative indicators,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct the evaluation index system of green mining construction.(2)The first-level evaluation results show that the mining area’s environment,environmental protection and energy conservation and emission reduction have reached the excellent level,while the construction of safety production,resource development and utilization,scientific and technological innovation and intelligent mine,and enterprise management have reached the qualified level.The secondary evaluation results show that the green mine construction reaches the qualified level as a whole.(3)According to the comprehensive evaluation results and combined with the actual construction of the mine,corresponding development suggestions are put forward from the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources,promoting clean production and strengthening the harmony of enterprises and local areas,in order to better guide the construction of green mines.The evaluation results comprehensively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various aspects of mine construction,provide targeted guidance for green mine construction,and also provide reference for the construction and evaluation of other similar mines,which has important practical application value.
