| Among all the grain producing areas in China,Jilin province plays an critical role.In the past ten years,the annual grain output of Jilin Province has been above 70 billion catties.Jilin’s rice has a huge output and good quality,so it is very popular with consumers in the market.However,along with the opening of the market for Jilin rice,the phenomenon of counterfeiting Jilin rice brand has also occurred.The quality of these rice is uneven,which seriously impressed the consumer experience and has an impact on the brand effect of Jilin rice.Even some rice of poor quality has caused certain damage to the health of consumers.Therefore,how to distinguish the authenticity of Jilin rice on the market has become a hot issue that needs to be studied.Food origin traceability technology is an effective way to identify the origin of agricultural products.Liuhe County is located in the transition zone from Changbai Mountain area to Songliao plain.For a reason of its unique geographical conditions,the rice produced by Liuhe County is famous for its round and waxy aroma.In this paper,the content and distribution of trace elements in rice in Jilin Province were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and the origin traceability model of Liuhe rice was established by chemical analysis and random forest method.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Through spss2.0 variance analysis,the differences of 120 rice samples in 17 regions including Liuhe County were compared.The study found that the trace elements of rice in Liuhe County are significantly different from those of other 19 regions,such as 60 Ni,121Sb,125 Te,159Tb,163 dy,165Ho,169 tm,175lu,and 205 tl.Therefore,this article only selects these 9elements for relevant analysis.The results showed that there were significant differences between Zhenlai,Hunchun Yushu,Baishan,Baicheng,Siping,Changchun,Fuyu,and Liuhe.(2)The results of correlation analysis and principal component analysis showed that the method of establishing discriminant model was suitable for Liuhe rice origin traceability,and the contribution rates of two principal components were 75.729%、12.484%.(3)Through the cross validation of Fisher discriminant function in different areas,the overall discrimination accuracy rate of the obtained function is 92.31%,the sensitivity is 94%,the specificity is 80%,and the overall result accuracy rate is relatively high.(4)Through the random forest algorithm for Liuhe rice origin traceability,the accuracy is,by comparison,chemometrics method model is more effective,the results are more reliable.In summary,this study explored the origin traceability of Liuhe rice by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)combined with chemical analysis.By establishing an identification model based on trace elements,it provides certain technical support for the production area of Jilin rice on the market,and also provides a reference for more rice traceability technologies on the market. |
