No matter for offshore or onshore oil and gas field development,the hydraulic calculation of oil-gas-water multiphase mixed transport has always been the focus of research.For accurate hydraulic calculation,phase state calculation and physical property prediction are the foundation and key.For example,the process from the bottom of the well to the gathering pipeline or the deep-sea gathering pipeline will cause the fluid to be in a process of high temperature and low pressure,resulting in solid phase precipitation-wax or hydrate,which is easy to block the pipeline,causing danger and economic losses.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence and law of hydrate or wax on the phase state,to predict the generation and change in the pipeline,to design the pipeline reasonably and to operate safely,to arrange regular pigging to prevent clogging,and to have important guidance on the flow safety.Therefore,this topic focuses on the simulation study of the phase balance of multiphase mixed transport,and optimizes the function of the PVT software based on the research of the multiphase flow group: summarize and compare the thermodynamic equations and various flashing algorithms,and improve the characterization model to false The composition calculation is more accurate,considering the common effect of salt and alcohol on the hydrate,optimizing the decomposition model of hydrate generation,and the phase balance problem containing wax and hydrate.
