With the rapid development of modern world economy and the continuous progress of science and technology,oilfield fracturing technology is widely used in the oil production process.Therefore,a large number of fracturing flowback fluid produced at the end of oilfield fracturing operation has gradually become one of the main pollution sources of oilfield water,causing more and more attention.This kind of sewage has complex components and is difficult to be treated.It will be directly discharged to the outside world and will undoubtedly have a serious impact on the surrounding environment.Because of the limitations of the traditional methods for treating fracturing flowback fluid,electrochemical oxidation method has become a research hotspot because of its green and high efficiency.Therefore,this paper takes fracturing flowback fluid of an oilfield as the research object to explore the effect and influence of different kinds of electrochemical oxidation on fracturing flowback fluid.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)testing and analyzing the components of fracturing flowback fluid and water sample evaluation;(2)screening direct electrochemical oxidation method,pretreatment and electrochemical oxidation method,chemical enhanced electrochemical oxidation method and electric Fenton method.The four electrochemical oxidation methods are the most suitable conditions for the treatment of fracturing flowback fluid,and comparing and analyzing the pollution after each method Change of dye.The results show that the Ir O2-Ru O2/Ti plate is the best in treating the fracturing flowback fluid and has good corrosion resistance.Among the four electrochemical oxidation technologies for fracturing flowback fluid treatment,the treatment effect of electric Fenton method is the best,COD removal rate is 88%,NH3-N removal rate is 100%,suspended solids removal rate is 97.4%;chemical oxidation electrochemical oxidation method is the second,COD removal rate is 87%,NH3-N removal rate is 100%;suspended solids removal rate is93%,both of them can meet the requirements of reinjection after treating water samples.However,the treatment effect of direct electrochemical oxidation,pretreatment and electrochemical oxidation is poor,and the concentration of suspended solids does not meet the reinjection standard.
