As the global demand for oil and gas continues to rise,the development of offshore oil and gas around the world has gradually increased,thereby promoting the development of submarine pipelines.The submarine hose is an important part in the Catenery Anchor Leg Mooring system,and it is the necessary channel for oil and gas transportation.At present,the design and research of submarine hoses are largely monopolized by foreign offshore engineering co MPanies,and there are few domestic researches on submarine hoses.Therefore,in this paper,the following research is carried out on the influence of the winding wire on the collapse pressure of the submarine hose.(1)Establish a finite element model of the submarine hose,and use the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to analyze the collapse pressure of the submarine hose,and the winding steel wire is the main structure to resist external pressure;(2)In order to focus on the analysis of the influence of the geometrical and material parameters of the wound steel wire on the collapse pressure of the submarine hose,the submarine hoses are parametrically modeled by Python and the corresponding collapse pressures are obtained through ABAQUS;(3)Through the analysis of the obtained finite element results,the effects of the initial ovality of the underwater hose,the diameter and pitch of the winding wire,and the yield strength of the winding wire material on the collapse pressure of the submarine hose are obtained;(4)Based on the finite element results,an equation was developed and recommended for the collapse pressure calculation of submarine hoses.
