The development of natural gas distributed energy is the general trend,which can improve the efficiency of energy utilization,reduce the emission of pollutants,and have good social and environmental benefits.At present,China's natural gas distributed energy is in the stage of exploration and development,and the project investment has great uncertainty risk.According to the value characteristics of this kind of projects,this paper selects appropriate evaluation methods to make the evaluation results more reflect its real value,and encourages investors to carry out objective evaluation of this kind of projects to further develop the distributed natural gas energy.In this paper,the value evaluation methods of natural gas distributed energy projects are taken as the object to carry out the following research work: first,systematically combing the project value evaluation methods,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of the existing evaluation methods;second,analyzing the value characteristics of natural gas distributed energy projects,defining the comprehensive value structure of natural gas distributed energy projects;third,determining the comprehensive value structure of natural gas distributed energy projects In this paper,the methods of value evaluation of such projects are introduced,and DCF and fuzzy real option method are used to calculate the explicit asset value,potential option value and environmental benefit value respectively;The fourth is to build a model of value evaluation of natural gas distributed energy projects and make an empirical evaluation of specific cases.Through the results of comparative value composition,the rationality of considering the potential option value of projects and the necessity of environmental benefit value are verified,and the evaluation suggestions of such projects are given.According to the above research,this paper selects the evaluation method that conforms to the value characteristics of the natural gas distributed energy project,uses the DCF and fuzzy real option model synthetically,and takes into account the environmental value composed of asset income value,potential opportunity value and environmental offset cost.The calculation results can comprehensively evaluate its comprehensive value,and verify that the natural gas distributed energy project has a large Comprehensive value provides theoretical and feasible support for the application and promotion of natural gas distributed energy.The value structure of natural gas distributed energy project is analyzed.The further development of natural gas distributed energy needs to further optimize the energy structure,fully tap the environmental value,vigorously develop core technology to reduce costs to increase the potential opportunity value,and finally realize the external value and future The transformation from value to self value.
