The energy of stoneley wave and the reflection coefficient of stoneley wave are the important means to judge the position of fractures in the reservoir and evaluate the permeability of the formation.The carbonate fractures can be identified by using the acoustic information.Stoneley wave is not only sensitive to fracture response,but also has obvious reflection on some special geological structures and geological phenomena,which has become an effective means to evaluate fractures.In this paper,it is necessary to cut the horizontal fracture of the calibration module in the laboratory and evaluate the fracture width by transmitting and receiving the acoustic wave from the logging tool.The so-called calibration module under laboratory conditions is a concrete module with 2100 mm high,500 mm outer diameter and 200 mm inner diameter,which is made of sand,lime,stone and water in a certain proportion.For this reason,a set of horizontal fracture cutting device is designed in this paper,which can be used to cut horizontal fractures with certain depth and different width in the calibration module,and to calibrate the experiment of logging tool(whether the data measured by logging tool is the same as the known situation when the material,size,width and position of fractures of the known module are known).This paper is based on the study of using acoustic information to evaluate the fracture technology of carbonate layer and the analysis of the typical structure of the inner hole pipe cutting machine,combined with the requirements of cutting out horizontal cracks of certain depth and different width in the calibration module,a four degree of freedom forward and reverse installation of the overall design of the horizontal crack cutting device is proposed.The support module and cutting module assembly which are easy to install,dismantle and replace and have four degrees of freedom and can be installed in two directions are designed.The main structure of the horizontal crack cutting device is designed in detail and its characteristics are analyzed.The support module and cutting module assembly which are easy to install,dismantle and replace and have four degrees of freedom and can be installed in two directions are mainly designed.It is introduced from the sawing theory By hand,the force model of the saw blade in the actual cutting process is established,the mathematical formula for calculating the cutting resistance is derived,and the main factors affecting the cutting force and their influencing laws are analyzed.The vibration of the cutting tool in the process of sawing is simulated and analyzed.The actual cutting results show that the device designed and manufactured in this paper has good heat dissipation performance,high stability and reliability,high quality cutting effect and high cutting efficiency.
