As a new type of intelligent plugging tool,the development of related technology provides a guarantee for the further development of oil pipeline operation and maintenance,especially for the maintenance of large diameter high pressure pipeline and underwater pipeline.In order to ensure the reliability of its operation,the intelligent plugging tool in the pipe often needs to carry enough energy to ensure the reliability of its operation.Therefore,the research on the energy system of the in pipe intelligent plugging tool can ensure the long-term stable operation of the in pipe intelligent plugging tool.According to the working characteristics of the intelligent plugging tool in the pipe,a hydraulic control system for energy recovery of the intelligent plugging tool in the pipe is designed,and the feasibility of the system is analyzed by Fluid SIM software to verify the feasibility of the design.Then the mathematical model of the system is established,and the improved fuzzy PID control method is proposed for the efficient control of energy recovery.The system is simulated by MATLAB/Simscape The simulation results show that the energy-saving effect can be achieved by improving the control strategy.An experimental platform of the hydraulic control simulation system for the energy recovery of the intelligent plugging device in the pipe is established.The energy consumption of the system in the process of plugging action is measured in the experiment,and the influence of the main parameters on the energy consumption is obtained by analyzing the parameters in the experiment.The energy consumption model of the system is obtained by response surface method,and the reinforcement learning scheme is established based on the model.Finally,a deep reinforcement learning method is proposed to optimize the energy supply of hydraulic pump and accumulator in the process of intelligent plugging simulation,and the optimal system working pressure is obtained.The experimental results show that the method can effectively reduce the energy loss in the process of intelligent plugging.Based on the working characteristics of the intelligent plugging tool,this paper designs and builds an experimental platform of the hydraulic control simulation system for the energy recovery of the intelligent plugging tool.Based on the data obtained from the experiment,the optimization of the energy recovery scheme of the intelligent plugging tool in the tube is completed through deep reinforcement learning,and the intelligence in the tube in China is optimized The successful implementation of the plugging tool provides a solid theoretical basis and experimental research.
