System efficiency is an important index to evaluate energy consumption and management level of pumping system.Mining in thin way of well pumping unit is widely used in Ta he oilfield,and the system efficiency of the current calculation formula for mixed with dilute pumping unit well adaptability is poorer,dilute pumping unit well system efficiency evaluation system of indicators is relatively single and measures to adjust the direction is not clear,the mixing thin pumping unit well system efficiency prediction and optimization research is less.Aiming at the above problems,this paper optimizes the calculation formula of the system efficiency of the well with diluted pumping unit,and establishes the evaluation,prediction and optimization model of the system efficiency of the well with diluted pumping unit.By analyzing the current system efficiency calculation formula,this paper summarizes the reason why it is not suitable for well with diluted pumping unit,and optimizes the calculation method of system efficiency with diluted pumping unit by comprehensively considering the dilution mixing process,viscous power,dissolved gas expansion power and diluted input power.Based on the calculation formula of well system efficiency with diluted pumping unit in this paper,the evaluation index set of well system efficiency with diluted pumping unit is established by analyzing the influencing factors of well system efficiency with diluted pumping unit.The LSTM algorithm is used to establish the prediction model of well system efficiency with diluted pumping unit.The experiment of oil field production data shows that the improved formula for calculating the efficiency of well system can evaluate the production management level of well more reasonably.The established evaluation model of system efficiency of well with diluted pumping unit analyzes the system efficiency from three aspects: overall,surface and downhole,which can quickly find out the low system efficiency well and accurately locate the cause of its low efficiency,thus providing direction for the optimization of system efficiency.The LSTM system efficiency prediction model with diluted pumping unit has fast convergence and high accuracy in practical application,which is conducive to timely adjustment of measures for oil Wells,and can be optimized based on the established LSTM system efficiency prediction model,such as offset times,dilution ratio and other production parameters.
