Drag reduction agent is the most important additive in sliding water fracturing fluid.In the field fracturing process,it can effectively reduce the construction friction,greatly reduce the high pressure requirements on equipment,and achieve the purpose of fracturing construction.However,currently,shear resistance and temperature resistance of drag reduction agent are common problems.Therefore,the research on drag-lowering agent has attracted more and more attention.This article introduces the development status,drag reduction mechanism and influencing factors of drag reduction agent for slippery water at home and abroad.Combined with the purpose of the experiment,the laboratory synthesized a BM drag reducer and tested its dissolution efficiency.At the same time,the rheology of the BM drag reducer solution was measured.The results showed that the BM drag reducer solution was a non-Newtonian fluid.The greater the resulting viscous resistance,the lower the resistance reduction effect.The viscoelastic results indicate that the polymer fluid achieves a drag reduction effect by storing energy in the vortex.The indoor friction resistance test compares the resistance reduction and shear resistance of five polyacrylamide type resistance reducers,which shows that the BM resistance reducer has the best resistance reduction effect.The preferred concentration of BM drag reducing agent solution is 0.03?0.10%,the adjustable range of viscosity is 3?9m Pa·s,and the drag reduction rate range is 55%?69%;in this viscosity range,with the increase of flow rate,the drop The resistance rate increases first and then stabilizes;the larger the Reynolds number,the better the resistance reduction performance.In addition,the BM resistance reduction agent also shows good thermal stability and temperature resistance.According to the research on the drag reduction performance of BM drag-reducing agent,combined with the geological characteristics of the shale reservoir in the northeast X well and the requirements of the field construction,an acid slip-water fracturing fluid system suitable for the calcium-rich shale reservoir was developed.Experiment by corrosion performance,corrosion resistance,to reduce the surface tension and the bentonite performance tests,such as forming a acidic slippery water system of 5% HCl + 0.05% BM drag reduction agent + 0.2% inhibitor SRAI-1 + 0.6%clay stabilizer SRCS-1+ 0.3% drainage aid SRCU-1.In the field test of Well X in the Northeast,the resistance reduction rate reached 70.3%,indicating that after the injection of acidic slippery water,it shows a good effect of reducing pressure and resistance,which can meet the needs of the field.
