With the improvement and rapid development of my country's railway transportation capacity,the issue of rail maintenance has become more and more important.In recent years,rail abrasive belt grinding technology has begun to be used in actual grinding operations.However,it is difficult to control the amount of material removal on the rail surface during the polishing operation,and a single polishing control strategy in the face of different rail surface diseases cannot achieve a good operation effect.To this end,this article focuses on the determination,design and performance analysis of the grinding servo control strategy,and provides support for the development and application of the servo control of the abrasive belt rail grinding equipment.First,the numerical method is used to establish the calculation model of the stress distribution of the contact spots of the rail surface and the contact wheel deflection at different angles;based on the mapping relationship between the depth of cut of a single abrasive particle and the normal load,the material removal amount of a single abrasive particle is obtained The solution method is to establish an abrasive belt-type rail grinding material removal model;the experimental results show that the predicted value of the rail abrasive belt grinding material removal model and the average error of the experimental results are controlled within 8%,which verifies the effectiveness of the model;The waveshaped disease of the rail and the surface defect damage of the rail are proposed to evaluate the characterization of the grinding quality.Secondly,according to the material removal model of the rail abrasive belt grinding,the material removal model of different grinding control strategies is established;through simulation methods,the influence of different deflection angles of the contact wheel,normal normal pressure,belt speed and train speed on the wave-shaped damage of the rail is explored.Laws: The focus is on the advantages of different grinding control strategies in dealing with different types of rail damage,and the optimal grinding control strategy for rail belt grinding to deal with different rail diseases is determined.By analyzing the structure of the rail belt grinding device,the mathematical model of the grinding core equipment is established.The grinding motor,drive motor,transmission device and grinding device are modeled and analyzed respectively,and the simulation model is established through MATLAB/Simulink.Finally,combining the simulation model of the rail grinding device and the complex environment faced by the rail grinding control technology,it is proposed to adopt the auto disturbance rejection control algorithm to realize the grinding servo control;by designing the auto disturbance rejection controller and completing the parameter tuning,the corresponding three types of grinding are constructed.The simulation model of the control strategy explored the response characteristics of the control system under different forced disturbances;the simulation model analysis of the polishing quality under different polishing control strategies was carried out to further verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
