Traditional textiles mainly reduce heat loss through passive ways of keeping warm,which easily leads to bloated clothing,inconvenient movement and poor insulation effect.In view of this problem,starting from the realization of textile active thermal insulation and cold prevention,the research and development of electrically heated wearable textiles are carried out,which provides a realistic basis for the functional upgrading of electrically heated textiles and the expansion of application fields.In this paper,medium and thick polyester/cotton woven fabrics were used as flexible substrates to prepare r GO/polypyrrole electrically heated fabrics by impregnation method and tape casting.The ratio relationship between oxidizer,dopant,GO and pyrrole monomer as well as the influence of coating times on the resistance of electrically heated fabrics were studied,and a series of performance tests and optimization were carried out.Finally,taking the electric heating waist protection as an example,according to the process of "questionnaire,design,manufacture and test",the design of the electric heating wearable textile with adjustable size and controllable temperature was carried out,and the performance of the electric heating waist protection was evaluated.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the impregnation method,the surface of the electrically heated fabric prepared by the tape casting is more uniform,which is conducive to the formation of more conductive paths and the reduction of resistance.When the dosage of pyrrole monomer is0.9g,ferric chloride hexahydrate and potassium persulfate molar ratio of 1:1,poly(styrene sulfonate)and pyrrole mass ratio of 1:1,dosage of graphene oxide of pyrrole monomer is60%,using Liu Yan Fa double-sided coating 7 times,the resistance of the electric heating fabric can reach 182 ?.(2)Applying different voltages to the electrically heated fabric,it is found that the heating rate of the electrically heated fabric is faster in the first 50 s,and the temperature tends to be stable after 200 s.The heating response time is short,and the heating uniformity and stability of the electrically heated fabric are good.When 12 V voltage is applied,the temperature reaches about 53?,and it has good on-off cycle performance,bending resistance and tensile performance.(3)The wearing performance of the electric heating waist protection was tested.The selected fabric and heating temperature showed good comfort.Three temperature adjustment gears were designed for the electric heating waist protection,and the high temperature 48?,medium temperature 43? and low temperature 37? were obtained by adjusting the temperature control switch,which met the requirements of human comfort and heating temperature.
