As an important source of power for large ships,marine diesel engine manufacturing is the first priority.There are many types of key parts of diesel engines,which also results in a large number of processing features and complex types.In the traditional manufacturing process,a large number of manual operations are required to complete the selection of machining features,the setting of NC programming parameters and non-cutting movements.These manual operations not only take a lot of time,but also the manual-led CNC programming quality is closely related to the knowledge accumulation and personal experience of the craftsmen,which also leads to uneven programming quality and poor controllability.With the generalization of the application of digital technology in the manufacturing field,CAD/CAM digital integration has also become the key development direction of enterprises.Based on the actual application of enterprise software,this subject combines feature recognition technology,MBD technology and machine learning technology to improve the traditional production and manufacturing mode of enterprises,and improve the production efficiency and manufacturing level of diesel engines.The intelligent CNC programming of marine diesel engines is designed and developed.system.The main research contents and results of this thesis are as follows:(1)Definition and classification of processing characteristics of key parts of marine diesel engines.Summarize the types of areas that need to be processed on key parts,while fusing structural topology information and manufacturing semantic information,and formulating standards based on the above information to realize the definition and classification of key parts processing features,so as to provide support for feature recognition and CNC machining parameter decision-making.(2)Research on processing feature recognition technology of key parts of marine diesel engine.According to the classification results of the processing characteristics,the processing characteristics of the key parts are extracted and the point cloud sampling is performed to realize the transformation from the 3D topological structure to the 3D point cloud data.The data set is created based on the point cloud data,and the 3D point cloud is analyzed by the establishment of a 3D convolutional neural network.The data set is trained and learned to form a processing feature classification model.According to the processing feature classification model,the identification of the key parts to be processed features is realized,which provides support for the subsequent processing parameter decision-making.(3)Research on intelligent decision-making technology for numerical control processing parameters of key parts of marine diesel engines.Extract relevant processing parameters based on the company's existing historical CNC machining cases and establish a data set,train and learn the data set through the establishment of GA-BP neural network to form a processing parameter decision model,and generate processing features based on the parameters of the processing parameter decision model decision.The knife track.Customize the post processor to meet the processing requirements through the custom tool,and complete the conversion of the tool location file to the NC code.Finally,the tool path simulation verification and optimization of the CNC program is realized through the VERICUT software.(4)Development of intelligent numerical control programming system for key parts of marine diesel engines.According to the research of the above-mentioned key technologies and the relevant requirements of the enterprise,the development of the relevant functional modules of the intelligent CNC programming system based on the Visual Studio platform,and the verification of the system feasibility,reliability and other related functions based on the key components.
