Antimicrobial material is a kind of functional material that can help people resist diseases and protect themselves from harmful microorganisms. However, traditional antimicrobial materials have single antimicrobial components and are greatly affected by environmental factors,so the antimicrobial effect is not ideal.Composite antimicrobial materials are the most widely studied antimicrobial materials due to their chemical stability, bactericidal broad-spectrum and long-term antimicrobial efficacy and other advantages.Nowadays, composite antimicrobial materials have been used in food safety, burn drug dressings, safe cosmetics, medical instruments, water treatment, agriculture and animal husbandry and other fields. Therefore,in this paper, through a simple synthesis method, the preparation of porous materials loaded with silver based composite antibacterial materials, the material properties were analyzed, and the change of antibacterial properties before and after silver loading was discussed.Specific research is as follows:1.The antibacterial carrier microsphere(Car-MNps)was synthesized by the liquid-phase chemical reduction method, and the best process parameters were optimized.XRD,SEM,TEM,XPS and other characterization results show that the Car-MNps particle size is 200-300 nm,the surface is porous and the interior has a pore structure, and the specific surface area is 35.34 m2/g Cu/Cu2O composite phase microspheres. The short-term antibacterial activity, antibacterial durability, zone of inhibition and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)were tested for antibacterial activity. The results showed that Car-MNps showed certain antibacterial activity and broad antibacterial spectrum against S.aureus and E.coli.2.The composite antibacterial material(Ag/Car-MNps)was prepared by loading silver by immersion method. The characterization results showed that when the concentration of silver nitrate was 0.03 mol/L,the ratio of silver to copper was 0.894,the material maintained the spherical shape, and the silver was successfully loaded on the antibacterial carrier.surface.The results of various antibacterial tests show that the antibacterial activity of the silver-loaded composite antibacterial material Ag/Car-MNps is significantly better than that of the porous antibacterial carrier Car-MNps,indicating that the silver-loaded material exerts a synergistic effect and greatly improves the antibacterial performance.3.Using the biomass material passion fruit vine as the raw material, the porous carbon carrier material(BXG-C)is prepared by carbonizing pores, and the composite antibacterial material(Ag/BXG-C)is prepared by sintering the loaded nano-silver after impregnating the silver nitrate solution. The characterization results showed that the specific surface area of BXG-C reached 564.22 m2/g,and the particle size of the loaded nano-silver distribution ranges from 20 nm to 40 nm,which was uniformly dispersed on BXG-C.The results of various antibacterial tests show that Ag/BXG-C has good antibacterial activity and timely sterilization ability against E.coli and S.aureus, but its antibacterial resistance to E.coli is lower than that to S.aureus.
