Welding is a very important processing technology in modern manufacturing.It is used in many industries.Among them,it has been widely used in the production process of fan parts.The quality of welding technology has a decisive impact on product quality.Therefore,for a fan manufacturer,improving the welding process in the production process is equivalent to improving the final product quality.Company D is a well-known enterprise that produces centrifugal fans.At present,the welding process of the impeller,the core component of the fan,is manual welding.Due to the different working hours of each station of the manual welding production line,the entire production line is created.The balance rate is relatively low,and the busyness is uneven.Because the capacity of the impeller determines the capacity of the final fan product,the current manual welding impeller production line mode hinders the normal development of the company.This article focuses on the improvement analysis of the welding process flow of the current impeller manual welding production line mode of D company,combining the 5W1 H analysis method and the ECRS analysis method to cancel,merge,and rearrange the current process procedures of the production line,and introduce new processes —Robot welding replaces part of the manual welding process,and finally obtains an efficient impeller welding process production line mode,which makes its production line balance rate reach more than 90%.At the same time,the production time of each station is uniform,and the production capacity is doubled.Can fully meet the company's annual production goals.In addition,from a cost point of view,whether it is reasonable to use robot welding to improve the process,we used the break-even analysis method to demonstrate the rationality of introducing robot welding instead of manual welding.This article mainly uses 5W1 H analysis method,ECRS analysis method,production line balance theory,and break-even analysis method to analyze and research the improvement of the fan impeller welding process of D company.Through the research,it is concluded that the various production indicators and improvements of the improved impeller production line Compared with the previous,there is a huge improvement,which can fully meet the development needs of the company.Since the research platform of this article is based on a modern small and medium-sized enterprise that is developing rapidly,the research process of this article has certain representativeness and reference.
