At present,according to the "Standardization Standard of Safety and Quality of Coal Mine Ventilation and Assessment and Rating Method",the ventilation is rated once every ten days,and it is difficult to achieve real-time reflection of the ventilation status.This paper establishes a mine ventilation quality dynamic evaluation system and conducts a situation analysis to provide a theoretical basis for managers to formulate a plan to improve ventilation quality,which is of great significance to ensure coal mine safety production.The assessment and rating of mine ventilation quality is to evaluate the overall ventilation system and cannot accurately reflect the status of regional ventilation quality.According to the different wind demand in mine ventilation,this paper divides the wind area into five parts,which are air inlet section,coal mining face,driving face,chamber and return air section.Based on the in-depth study of the existing mine ventilation rating indicators and evaluation methods,combined with the different evaluation factors of different wind-using areas,a dynamic evaluation index system corresponding to each area was established,and a regional ventilation quality dynamic evaluation model was established by integrating FCE and AHP methods.Firstly,the evaluation index weight of each area is determined according to AHP,and then the membership degree of the evaluation level of the real-time monitoring data is calculated by Cauchy membership function,the rating weight is calculated by FCE,and finally the regional ventilation quality level is determined by the principle of confidence recognition.The model uses a normal function to divide the evaluation levels into four levels:excellent,good,qualified and dangerous.Combined with the weights of the regional ventilation quality levels,a comprehensive evaluation model of the overall ventilation quality of the ventilation system is established,and the overall ventilation quality evaluation of the mine is obtained by weighted summation according to the important weights of the regions in the ventilation system.Based on the dynamic evaluation of coal mine ventilation quality,the SPA_BP situation analysis model is established.First,use SPA to propose a four-element connection number analysis method for ventilation quality,use the situation function to analyze the current situation of ventilation quality,and then use the BP neural network prediction model to predict the quantitative indicators of ventilation quality at the next moment,and then complete the next time Situation analysis of ventilation quality at all times to provide theoretical guidance for ventilation safety management.Based on the dynamic evaluation and situation analysis of mine ventilation quality,a dynamic evaluation system for ventilation quality has been developed.The system is applied to Dongtan Coal Mine to conduct specific analysis of the coal mining face return airway of the ventilation route of the 63 upper 06 face in the coal mine,collect and process the historical ventilation data monitored by the coal mine,complete the dynamic evaluation and analysis,the evaluation result is good,the situation is the same and the trend is good,safe production can be continued,and the results obtained are in line with the actual situation,which can provide certain technical support for coal mine ventilation safety supervision and defense work.
