With the increase in the speed of my country's economic development,in the field of industrial high-end manufacturing,there are higher requirements for processing capabilities."Made in China 2025" clearly proposes to list CNC machine tools as a "strategic field",and the development of CNC machine tool industry has become a national strategy.In recent years,the development of automatic control technology,computer technology and human-computer interaction interface technology has been relatively complete.In the industrial fields of automobiles,high-speed trains,aircraft,aerospace,aviation,weapons and equipment,many parts and components have various styles of holes.Become the first choice when drilling these holes.This subject originated from the provincial and ministerial level scientific research project application research longitudinal project jointly cooperated by the instructor and the Sichuan Provincial Department of Science and Technology-the hydraulic rock drilling rig multi-joint manipulator and controller project based on the optimization set.The project number is 2017GZ0352.Nowadays,in some equipment manufacturing,there are many polyhedral shaft key parts.General-purpose ordinary CNC drilling machines can only drill single-face parts.However,in daily life and practical engineering applications,multi-faceted parts have indispensable needs,such as nuts,polygonal shafts,injector bodies,and so on.There may be more customized polyhedral parts in specific areas.The existing ordinary CNC vertical drilling machine can only complete the drilling of holes on a single surface.For the drilling of holes on other surfaces on parts with multiple faces,the workpiece must be clamped multiple times before it can be carried out,which reduces the hole of the part.The mutual position accuracy of the bits will inevitably lead to the problem of time-consuming and inefficient processing.Based on the above problems in the ordinary vertical CNC drilling machine,thinking about the application of artificial intelligence technology to the research,this topic researches and designs the control system of the polyhedral CNC drilling machine and its processing path,which reduces the processing cost and improves the drilling Processing efficiency.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the research literature on the open CNC system and drilling processing path at home and abroad,through thinking about the problems existing in the traditional CNC drilling machine in the processing,in order to improve the processing efficiency and save the processing cost,it is determined on the basis of the instructor's project The main research content of the article.(2)Introduced the working principle of the polyhedral CNC drilling machine and its numerical control system.By deriving the mechanical transmission system of the polyhedral CNC drilling machine servo feed system and the theoretical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,the mathematical model was established and the control block diagram was obtained.A certain type of Panasonic motor is used as the research object,using its technical parameters to establish simulation models of current loop,speed loop and position loop in Matlab/Simulink.(3)This chapter gives the overall hardware design scheme of the control system of the polyhedron CNC drilling machine,and determines the number of peripherals in the control system of the polyhedron CNC drilling machine.The circuit schematic design is presented.(4)The software structure of the control system of the polyhedral CNC drilling machine is given,and the two standards of RS232 and RS485 are introduced correspondingly.The underlying driver software module of the serial communication(serial port transceiver,serial port initialization,serial port interrupt),TFTLCD display software module(Read register data,turn on the display,turn off the display,quickly draw points,draw straight lines,draw rectangles,and draw circles),timer software modules(timer initialization,PWM initialization,timer interrupt)have carried out part of the interface software design.(5)The mathematical model of the drilling processing path is introduced,the geometric solution method of the transition point is given,and the principle of the partitioned ant colony algorithm is analyzed.The standard ant colony algorithm and the partitioned ant colony algorithm are respectively applied to a certain oil filter nozzle 99 hole drilling processing path optimization problems.
