The box body and front door in the household washing machine are important appearance parts and structural support parts for washing.The main production technology is sheet metal forming processing and riveting of support strengthening parts.Sheet metal surface processing process is powder spraying,appearance color polar white,dark gray,light gray and other colors,with coating to ensure corrosion resistance and appearance effect.However,due to the complex process of sheet metal forming and spraying process,the process of the related process parameters,and there will be related effects,resulting in a high yield has been brought to the production efficiency of serious negative impact.The related defect items in the sheet metal forming process are tensile wrinkle,tensile cracking,tensile abrasion,riveting cracking,riveting point off riveting,and the main defect of the front sealing door is tensile wrinkle.CAE simulation analyze is carried out for tensile wrinkle to determine the optimization direction of the forming process,and then improve.The main defect of the box is cracking of riveting point.The focus is on analyzing the causes and optimizing the process,and solidifying the optimized process into the working files in the process.Sheet metal spraying defect rate is particularly prominent,one spraying defect as high as 12.77%,far beyond the level of the industry,the urgent need to conduct research optimization to reduce the occurrence of defects.Process parameters of sheet metal spraying process control requirement are complexed,varied,associated factor involved in the combustion temperature,drying temperature,curing temperature,flowing temperature,spray pressure,concentration of liquid pretreatment,production line of line speed,etc.Through the analyze data is bad,the key influence on the process parameters is powder room,through the powder room,optimizing the parameters test to predict the optimal parameter combination.In order to reduce the washing machine sheet metal spraying defect rate.The content of paper output,according to the design process of Midea little Swan washing machine spraying line device,hanging,pre-degeasing,washing,main degreasing,washing,phosphating,washing,drying,powder spraying,curing and offline process,through the analysis of spray pressure,concentration of pretreatment solution,drying and curing temperature,spraying voltage and current,the position and linear velocity of the spray gun are optimized and verified,find out the best combination of parameters to reduce the defective rate of first time spraying.
