With the rapid improvement of science and technology,human beings pay more attention to their own health.Flexible sensors based on conductive polymer materials(CPCs)are widely used in human clinical diagnosis,health monitoring,and flexible electronic skin.The electrical percolation threshold is the most important attribute of CPCs.A high electrical percolation threshold will reduce the flexibility and sensitivity of CPCs,which limits the application of CPCs in the field of flexible sensors.Therefore,the preparation of CPCs with low percolation thresholds is a challenge for researchers today.In this paper,RGO and MXene are used as conductive fillers to construct an isolation structure in the natural rubber matrix to reduce the percolation threshold.The preparation of the isolation structure of conductive rubber and the effect of conductive filler content on the conductivity,sensing performance and the application in human detection are studied.First,based on the hydrogen bonding between graphene oxide(GO)and the surface components of natural latex particles,an isolated structure RGO/NR composite was prepared by hot pressing.When the RGO volume fraction is 1.0vol%,the conductivity of the composite material is 0.2S/M.The composite material has a high strain sensitivity factor at low strain,and the sensitivity factor is 168 at a strain of 2.5%.The composite material shows good responsiveness and reproducibility for changes in wrist and finger movement.Secondly,using oriented ice crystals as templates,the isolated structure RGO/NR composite material was prepared by freeze-drying.When the RGO volume fraction is1.2 vol %,the conductivity of the conductive rubber is 0.03S/M.The composite material has good repeatability and recoverability of resistance in the cyclic tensile test,and the changes caused by the movement of the wrist and fingers show good responsiveness and reproducibility.Finally,based on the hydrogen bonding between MXene and latex particles,the isolation structure MXene/NR composite material was prepared by dipping and molding.When the volume fraction of MXene is 2.8 vol %,the conductivity of the conductive rubber is 0.03S/M.The composite material shows good responsiveness and reproducibility for changes in wrist,finger,and face movements.
