With the rapid development and progress of automation technology,Rail Guided Vehicle(RGV)transportation systems have been established and used more and more.The core of the RGV transportation system is to make reasonable scheduling arrangements for multiple RGVs running on the track,improve the transportation efficiency of the system,and reduce the cost of the enterprise.The research content of this article is as follows:This paper studies the development of the system scheduling algorithm for the 1#logistics line in the cold rolling finishing and packaging area automatic handling project of a steel group's boutique base.According to the specific application situation of the RGV logistics system,after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the allregional model and the sub-regional model,the entire RGV logistics system is divided into three relatively independent dedicated working areas according to the number of RGVs,and the two ends of the adjacent areas are divided into a public transfer area,adjacent RGVs transport steel coils through the transfer area.The scheduling algorithm of the entire RGV logistics system is compiled,and several types of conflicts and collisions that may occur during the execution of the RGV scheduling task are processed based on the time window mechanism to meet the scheduling characteristics of the RGV logistics system.Establish a Matlab multi-threaded operating mechanism,use the Timer timer function to establish the coil generator,coil deleter,RGV task generator and RGV task executor respectively,combine each Timer timer function with the threedimensional model of the RGV system,according to the real random logistics production tempo at the production site verifies the reliability of the algorithm of the RGV logistics system.Through a large number of verifications on the reliability of the algorithm,it is proved that the algorithm can better complete the production scheduling tasks of the RGV logistics system and achieve the expected results.
