Organic ?-conjugated molecules containing aromatic nucleus,such as pyrene phenylalanine dipeptide molecules and coumarin derivatives,can undergo strong ?-?accumulation effect to drive molecular self-assembly.These molecules are of great significance for us to study the driving forces of supramolecular self-assembly and the assembly methods.In this paper,the preparation conditions of chiral micro-nano structures were explored by studying the self-assembly process of pyrene phenylalanine dipeptide molecules at the gas/liquid interface,the self-assembly process of chiral dibenzo coumarin in different polar solvent systems and the self-assembly process of coumarin and amino acid co-assembly recognition.The specific content is as follows:1.The self-assembly behavior of four pyrene phenylalanine dipeptide molecules(Py-FF)with the same structure but different chirality at the gas/liquid interface was studied under different solvent conditions.The results show that Py-FF forms a longrange ordered one-dimensional helical structure under a two-dimensional constrained force,and the chirality has an effect on the morphology and supramolecular chirality of aggregates.Interfacial self-assembly can form chiral micro-nano structures which are different from those in solution and gel state.2.The assembly behavior of chiral dibenzo coumarin derivatives in different polar solvent systems was studied.It is proved that aggregates with different morphology can be assembled with different polarity of solvents in the system,and the chiral center also has an effect on the morphology and supramolecular chirality of aggregates,which can be characterized by morphology microscope and spectral test.When amino acids are added to the system,the size of the aggregates and the chiral signal of the aggregates are changed.
