In this paper,the construction conditions of o-dichlorobenzene/water W/O stable emulsion required by the solvent-induced transformation method are studied:when the volume ratio of o-dichlorobenzene and water is 1:1,the stirring rate is above 900 rpm,and the stirring time is 1 min.A stable W/O emulsification system is available;the surface is modified with non-ionic surfactants polyethylene glycol 600(PEG)and Span85(Span 85);five cationic surfactants tetrabutyl bromide are used ammonium(TBAB),tetraoctylammonium bromide(TOAB),dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide(DTAB),cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB),dodecyldimethyl The surface modification of Y-TiOPc with benzyl ammonium bromide(DBBABr).The surface of Y-TiOPc is modified with non-ionic surfactants.A molecular protective layer that effectively inhibits solvent induction and mechanical forces was constructed,and the modification conditions and effects were systematically studied.The results show that the particle size of the nano-Y-TiOPc modified by PEG and Span85 is reduced,and the stability of the crystal form is significantly improved after mechanical ball milling in butanone and tetrahydrofuran medium for 4 h and 30 days in the solvent of butanone and tetrahydrofuran.The change of light transmittance of the coating liquid of the device at 60 days is obviously reduced,the dispersion stability is significantly improved,and the conversion rate of the prepared Y-TiOPc crystal form is improved.Modified with 2%(W/V)PEG to obtain Y-TiOPc with a particle size of 55.8nm,the laser organic photoconductive device prepared as a carrier generation material showed excellent photoconductive performance,V0=-796 V,Vr=-27 V,Rd=11 V·s-1,E1/2=0.125μJ·cm-2.The roughness of the Y-TiOPc carrier-generating layer film modified with 2%(W/V)PEG is significantly reduced,which improves the flatness of the film.The effects of five cationic surfactants on Y-TiOPc modification were studied,and the X-ray diffraction peaks of Y-TiOPc after modification at 2θ=9.6°and 27.3°were obtained when the TBAB content was 2%(W/V)The intensity ratio is the smallest,and the crystal conversion rate reaches 99%.The crystal form stability after 30 days in butanone and tetrahydrofuran medium is significantly improved.The change in light transmittance of the OPC device coating solution for 60 days is significantly reduced,and the dispersion stability is significantly improved.It is prepared as a carrier generation material.Laser organic photoconductive devices showed excellent photoconductive performance,V0=-679 V,Vr=-15 V,Rd=30 V·s-1,E1/2=0.156μJ·cm-2.The research results provide a simple and feasible method for industrial preparation of high-performance nano-Y-TiOPc.solved the problem that nano-Y-TiOPc has poor crystalline stability under solvent induction and mechanical force,easy to aggregate and precipitate in the coating solution,poor dispersion stability,short service life,degraded photoconductive performance of OPC devices,and reduced copy and print quality and other serious problems.
