In recent years,extreme weather has occurred frequently and global warming is still intensifying.In order to cope with rapid climate change,the international community has successively signed a series of treaties such as the "Montreal Protocol" and "Kyoto Protocol" to limit the use of traditional refrigerants which are not environment-friendly.At present,the alternative refrigerants that are environmentfriendly,efficient,safe and non-toxic are still under development.During the development of alternative refrigerants,the matching characteristics of alternative refrigerants and lubricant oil are one of the important subjects.To solve the problems,the matching characteristics of refrigerants and lubricant oil were tested in this paper.The gas-liquid phase equilibrium of R1234ze(E)in PVE32,PVE68,POE32 and POE68 was measured using the equal volume saturation method.The gas-liquid phase equilibrium of alternative refrigerants RA01 in POE32 oil was measured,too.By calculation,the solubility of R1234ze(E)in four lubricant oils and RA01 in POE32 oil was obtained at temperatures ranging from 313.15 K to 353.15 K.The results showed that that solubility of R1234ze(E)in four lubricant oils decreased with increasing temperature.When the solubility was low,the pressure increased with increasing solubility of R1234ze(E)in lubricant oils and increase rate was fast.As the solubility continued to increase,the rate gradually slowed down and even showed a downward trend.By further calculation,it was found that numerical calculation model for the pressure and solubility was proposed by cubic function with acceptable accuracy.In addition,the solubility of RA01 in POE32 oil decreased with increasing temperature and the pressure increased as the solubility of RA01 in POE32 oil increased.In addition,the solubility of R1234ze(E)in four lubricant oils was correlated using the PR equation of state with vdw mixing rule and MHV2 mixing rule combining the NRTL activity coefficient model.The correlation results showed that the solubilit y was well fitted by the two models and the average absolute relative deviations with Eo S method were 1.15%,0.78%,1.32% and 1.77%.The average absolute relative deviations with activity coefficients method were 1.80%,1.39%,1.68% and 1.11%.The compatibilities between RA02 and the commonly used materials of refrigeration such as silk covered wire,electromagnetic wire,sheath,PTFE mat,skeleton and enameled wire were tested based on the sealed glass tube method.The results showed that the changes of geometric dimension and quality of the materials during experiment were all within 2%.The color of the solution had no change during experiment.It initially indicated that RA02 had good compatibilities with the materials.
