With the change of society,the family structure is constantly changing,and the number of families caring for each other in the city is increasing.At the same time,it is faced with the double contradiction between old-age care and child-rearing.The frequent intergenerational interaction in reality highlights many problems: the lack of interactive platforms leads to electronic media becoming an alternative product to appease children in daily life,and the excessive use of electronic products makes children lose their motivation to explore the real world.Therefore,children have problems such as lack of interpersonal communication,imbalance of cognitive development,self and unsocial psychological tendency.On the other hand,when the young people devote themselves to their families after retirement,the tedious housework and generation gap make the sense of sacrifice strong and the sense of self-worth can not be satisfied,which is not conducive to the development trend of positive aging.Therefore,the mutual-aid intergenerational education environment,the benign intergenerational relationship and the reciprocal intergenerational interaction mode have an important influence on the children’s mental development and the realization of the elderly’s sense of self-worth.This study introduces the theory of mutual learning,puts forward the architecture of the intergenerational mutual learning system,and combines the design with the intergenerational interactive puzzle toy,and puts forward the design strategy and product characteristics based on the intergenerational interactive puzzle toy.First of all,introduce the theory of mutual aid learning,derive the basic characteristics of intergenerational mutual aid learning,explain the significance of the combination of intergenerational mutual aid learning and intergenerational interactive toys,and lay a theoretical foundation for the design of intergenerational interactive puzzle toys.Then,this paper puts forward the structure of intergenerational mutual learning system,emphasizes the formation of subject cognition between people,the development of mutual learning activities between people and environment,the use of toy media between people and products,and discusses the application method and value of intergenerational mutual learning in intergenerational interactive puzzle toys,so as to put forward five design strategies of mutual aid items,and summarizes the product characteristics from three aspects:instinct layer,behavior layer and reflection layer,which provides theoretical basis and design method for design practice.Through the research of this paper,we hope to provide a new design direction for the interactive toys,so as to improve the cognitive development of children and satisfy the self-worth of the elderly.Play the role of recessive education,and promote parent-child relationship,create a good family atmosphere.
